It took 9 days for a response from a package damaged during shipping claim. Fed X only gives a 10 day deadline to drop off the damaged package.
Only 3 drop-off locations listed in 3 counties in Northern KY.

They have zero idea what is going on. Employee was nasty as heck, said my package was international when it came from Arizona and because its international I cant sign on line. Then they couldn't find it and it was on a truck again for delivery however they didnt update tracking as such.

Driver's are horrible, so I got a modem delivered to me and I happen to be leaving and the guy told me is a driver that if I had not been outside that I would not have got it delivered to me because it didn't have the apartment building on it meaning there's two apartments a and b well my apartment is unit 5 one building goes 1 through 11 the other one goes 200 to 300 he said they don't take the time to look at the doors to figure that out so I had a shipment coming today it was not delivered even though they said it was and now I have to go pick it up I've been home all day they did not ring my bell which is lower than a fire alarm and they did not knock on the door because I have a dog here they would have lost it and now I'm having to drive there to pick it up because it didn't probably say what building it was on because that's not the address code for the postal code, worthless lazy driver's

This location has an internal communication problem. They left a slip on my door telling me to pick my package up at their warehouse. I drive all the way out to their warehouse that evening, and waited almost 2 hours. While I was waiting for my package to get there, one of the employees tells me that the driver redelivered my package and left it outside of my place. So basically I wasted 3 hours of my day, and my valuable package could have been stolen. I typically don't leave bad reviews, but this location deserves it.

Worst customer service ever! My kids christmas present was supposed to be delivered 12/17/19. I recieved 4 different notifications saying it would be. I sat home all day to make sure it was received. Never showed. As of 11: 39pm it was rescheduled for 12/18. Ok fine. I get up on 12/18 saying it had been delivered. I check my porch and it's not there. I start to think it was stolen. I call fed ex and they put me on hold. Only to come back and tell me it was delivered to the wrong address on 12/17. At this point i asked to speak to a supervisor. The rep told me no and hung up on me!

Terrible. Would not let me pick up a package for my father who sent me down. Even though I have the same last name and the tracking number and the 3 other packages that also came from same company in the car. I now have to go get mail at his address to pick up package for him. Also a call nor the note left on the door would do. Just plain absurd.

The people are always about their business. I have never had an issue with them. I have always had a quick in and out, even around Christmas time. The only reason I didn't give them a 5 star is because they are not always friendly.

Consumers be aware! Waited an hour to be told that my package was handed to a person outside of my business, a complete stranger. Not only is this probably out side their protocol it is also very scary. They almost make it sound like you can stand in front of a business or resident and collect any packages that they attempt to deliver.how is this ok!? This particular envelope contains personal information that is now compensated. It also does not help that the teller did not act in a professional manner. Worst logistics company ever.

We had to pick up a package at this location that we had missed signing for at our house.
Arrived right at 2 o'clock on a Saturday afternoon.
Nice staff. Quick service.

Horrible, horrible horrible. Driver apparently attempted to deliver package, and said no one was home, and it was a business. So now I have to wait 2 more days for my package that was on FedEx 2 day shipping cause the driver is lazy and can't even actually knock on a door or simply leave the package, it would be different if it needed to be signed for. FedEx is a joke, don't waste your time, use the postal service or ups.

I just had my package delivered today and it had to have a signature for it. Instead of trying to hide the package they just leave it right in the open.

My package still hasn't been delivered even though I've been contacting them every day and it's been almost a week now, never going to use FedEx for any sort of shipments or anything ever again.

Fed Ex operator describes my missing package 3/16 shipped 3/3 2018. They correctly identify it but it just cant seem to make it over the hump to be delivered. My SIL calls 3/17/18 and they tell her package is lost. I have called 13 times and get told a different story every time.
