18 I had to drive here because Fed Ex was incapable of delivering the package Wed (as scheduled), or Thursday (as rescheduled) and they incorrectly told me only I could sign for the package (total lie) so I drove 45 minutes each way to do what they got paid to do but couldn't.
Terrible service.
Unfriendly staff at the center.
I will encourage shipments with other shipping companies in the future.
I didn't know this location was was there, hidden way in the back off the main street. Beautiful facility, very friendly staff!
Had no issues picking up my shipment that was not delivered due to the shipper, Nike, having put the wrong shipping address in. Smooth pick up!
I absolutely love them. I ran into one of the drivers at the Speedway Service Station service station on Aurora Rd. I wanted their help because of a voicemail and text I received from FedEx then he says I can get a more direct definitive answer if I go to the office on Majestic Rd which I never knew there was an office that close and I work and live right around the corner. The lady at the counter did her thing she deserves a RAISE, OMG she helped me understand the information I received via text and voicemail then she called me the next morning letting me know my package had arrived. The clerk which I'm so embarrassed to say I don't even know her name did a phenomenal job. She is a poster customer service representative as she understands the needs of her community and customers and I thank you FedEx for her. She opened April 8th and 9th, 2021 I thank you thank you thank you thank you ️
I signed a signature release on the site for a package but the driver didn't see it so they left a door tag. I called FedEx and they had the driver come back out to deliver it.
Switched to fedex because the US POSTAL SERVICE CANT DELIVER MAIL ONTIME. FedEx at least will deliver on time
Worse service ever pkg was paid for next day delivery.that was Feb 16.still has not arrived shipped local.impossible to get a live person. I will not use them for anything else. I work for a large co.we will use UPS from now on.
The place was clean and organized. The clerk was friendly and fast. What more could you ask for? They were Strictly following safety measures for the COVID-19 pandemic, which I gratefully appreciate.
Under staffed. No enforcement of covid19 distancing.manger out front chatting when only employee was overwhelmed.
My experience with them as a service provider was positive. The gentleman I dealt with in the vehicle service area was helpful and friendly.
How is it that I have to always come to the shipping center to get my packages, why even have a delivery driver if they can't ever seem to make a DELIVERY
I missed my package the first day. Not their fault. The second day they didnt even make an attempt to let me know that they were there. No phone call, no text, they didnt even knock on my door. This package is probably the most important of my life and they didnt even have the courtesy to knock on my door
Service is not bad, but since there is usually no one at the counter. You could be standing around for anywhere from 5 min to upwards of 20 min. Also one particular associate can occasionally have an attitude, so hope you don't run into that one or they aren't having an off day.
I would rate the service provided by employees at this FedEx station a 0 but have to give it a 1 to post my review. Very rude personnel. They don't accept the mess created by their own employees/ representatives. Contacting them directly is an ordeal as you need to go through 1-800 number. Why don't they put the station contact number on their website? Complete mess. Avoid if possible.
I was here today on February 26th at 16: 00 hours. The FedEx rep was completely incompetent and slow. It took him 10 minutes to accept a package from a person in front of me. When I put my package on the scale he said that he can not accept it since the box said "Apply D. O. T Label Here". I explained that I am shipping car parts (ABS Mobile and calipers) and if he wants I can cover that part of the box with blank stickers. His reply was "NO". He still can't accept it. He did not give me a clear answer why I can't use this particular box to ship car part since he was incompetent and angry. I simply turned around and went to the FedEx office on Chagrin Rd.where I usually go and guess what? No one even asked me about the content of my package or the box itself. It's getting better, I asked the guy if I can use this type of the box to ship stuff out and he replied: "Sure, as long as you don't put any DOT label on the side of the box". Friendly staff. Parking is plenty. Response times are reasonable. Overall a pleasant experience in terms of the ease of delivery. The only regret is the distance from my home and the hefty traffic in the evening to get there.
The hours for Sunday are misleading. I drove there with intentions to drop off a package and you guys were CLOSED!
I was in there for an hour just to return a package! The lady waiting on me hardly communicated with me. Other than to keep telling me the machine that prints the return label wasn't working properly.
Five other people were served while I was still waiting for my visit to be completed!
