This place is awful, driver helped himself to my recliner from Walmart. Charges pending
Second entry! Second recliner went missing that was never delivered SAME DRIVER … I will make sure this person loses their job

I hate it when people send thru FedEx to Mansfield. Ordered special food for my dog on the 2rd, paid more money because it was gonna be here 2 days faster. Mansfield damaged the package, sent it back with no notification. A new package was sent back out, and it's now the 16th. It's been in Mansfield since the 13th and was suppose to be delivered on the 14th.ridiculous!

They have gone out of their way to meet me whenever there has been a mistake they have always called they have always helped me I have no idea why people are so negative about them they are so good Jane is awesome Cody is awesome JC the driver is fantastic I've never had such a nice driver in my entire life who helps me out he even answers my texts about questions that he doesn't even have to answer. You can't go wrong with having this company take care of your packages

Awful experience. Got a "final attempt" door tag on 12/27 for a package that needed a signature. No previous attempts had been made. Whomever the driver was did not attempt to bring it to the door before 12/27. Looked up the door tag that evening on the website, it said we could go pick it up at FedEx. Today (12/28) website said it was already being returned to sender. Talked to customer service (no way to just talk to their office) and the lady was rude and refused to help, just kept reading off her script.

One of their drivers stole my packages and instead of finding it they just ignored my calls. Wish I could avoid getting my packages through them.

This location has drivers that will slow roll by your house and say they weren't able to contact you. Has happened to us multiple times, and obviously in the other reviews we aren't the only ones. We have seen the drivers pass our house, have pulled them up on our cameras, and it just continues to happen. Absolutely terrible service. At least the UPS guy leaves treats for my dog.

I requested for package to not be delivered till after 5pm and 2 days in a row they say they tried to deliver it at 10: 34 one day and 10: 45 the next.what good does it do to to have special instructions if they don't read them?

Driver was filling out door-tag as he walked to the door without the package in hand and basically ran away before I could get outside. Second day delayed for no apparent reason and can not get any customer support. Garbage company

Called to speak to a representative about a shipment for self injections and there is no option to speak to a human being. Package was already delayed and just needed to know if I should just go so my doctor or if it would be here today.

Store not helpful, acted like I was a bother to ship my items. Specifically asked person to check my shipping account as prepaid before I carried everything I'm then proceeded to tell me I had to box everything up myself. What's the point of using high-priced shipping services if you're not being offered a service? I'll go to the Fed Ex in Columbus Sanctus that offers good service!

Don’t even bother requesting a “hold at location”, because it clearly doesn’t matter if you do.

I requested a “hold at location” through customer service because fedex’s website is total garbage so I had to call their 1-800 number, as I wouldn’t be home to sign for a package. The customer service lady I talked to ensured me it would be left at my local dollar general. Apparently fedex customer service doesn’t communicate with fedex shipment centers or the fedex driver just didn’t feel like doing his job correctly. As my package was not left at the location it was requested.

Why even offer such options for delivery. If you can’t fulfill them.

Ridiculous. Wouldn’t recommend

Deliveries delayed all the time. Drivers claim attempted deliveries, which never occur or happen. Damaged boxes. Call customer services they just tell you what they think you want to hear and make claims of tasks they can't assist with but really cannot.

Two identical packages shipped 2-day delivery from the same place at the same time. Both make it to Mansfield center at the same time. One gets put on truck for delivery. The other one gets sent to somewhere in Pennsylvania. If the package that got sent to a far away land ever does manage to make it to me, I would expect that it will be pretty much destroyed……. As someone at Mansfield Fedex is getting pleasure out of making sick jokes at their customers. What a class act!

The very worst. This is not the 1st time they have said they delivered a package that never made it to my door. How hard is it to deliver to the correct address? Now we have to wait 2-3 days before anything can be done.so frustrating!

I waited and watched for the truck all day for the delivery only to be told at 9: 00 PM that a delivery attempt was made at 9: 17 AM and that no was was home to accept delivery. Absolutely not true! Now I have to drive to their facility tomorrow to get my package!
