Ferguson Bath, Kitchen & Lighting Gallery reviews
7Lights, lights everywhere. But one is better off browsing the catalogs or online, by manufacturer, on a site with a good return policy. There are just too many choices for a physical store to display. Don't walk toward the light.browse towards the lights.
Nice lights, but lie about installing the lights cost, have a email saying buy from them and they will install. Not true
Always love stopping in and seeing the latest and greatest decor! They have some awesome stuff!
We ordered appliances from here 9 months before the completion of our kitchen. We were told all of our appliances would be on time, but we waited about 3 months for our cooktop and the date for our refrigerator kept getting pushed back going into over a year of waiting. We paid full price for the appliances that were not ready and not offered a discount on the appliances. There was terrible communication. They did not let us know about the dates our appliances would be in, it was only when we called to complain that we got any information. We think it is very possible they sold our appliances to someone else at the end of our kitchen remodel. Fortunately, we were able to get a floor model subzero fridge from Jack's in Hilliard almost immediately. We were not offered any alternatives for the refrigerator or a floor model from Ferguson. We were told we would get a hood faster if we switched models, which we did, and then that was delayed too. I would not shop here for appliances. If you are designing a new kitchen, I would recommend choosing appliances that will most definitely be available when the kitchen is done, ideally in storage with your contractor before the kitchen is done (the sooner the better).
They have a pretty good selection of products but the hours are awful and staff is very unengaging. I ended up spending over $50k on appliances out of state with someone who wanted my business.
They have weird horrible hours so you have to go in the middle of the day, and everything inside is overpriced. You can get good quality and modern style for much less if you just look around.
I’m updating this review reflecting our experience after making an appointment. We got excellent help and were able to select fixtures. Advice was spot on. I would definitely go here again - but would make an appointment in advance.
As a warning to all - if you want help here you need to make an appointment. Don’t do like we did and walk in expecting to find help. There is a greeter, who is pleasant, at a desk by the door. He quickly told us everyone was busy, so no one could help. Then sat back down at his desk. Ironic.
