13Horrible getting thru to the service department. Starts with the receptionist and the phone system and maybe hiring more people. Took three calls over 3 weeks at different times to simply get get an answer on how to schedule an oil change. Owners that phone can make you money.
Cory was able to find a used part to replace a broken side mirror for my daughter’s car, and was flexible with scheduling the repair early so she could head back to college. He did a wonderful job!
Salesmen were very helpful with what we were looking for and quick when we made a choice about half the time we usually spend at a dealership!
Service department has always done a good job getting my vehicles in, keeping me appraised of costs, and getting done ahead of schedule.

My first contact with Ferris was a return call after requesting information about a truck they had. This was very positive. The person I spoke with was knowledgable and helpful. Arrangements were made to visit the dealer and look at the truck. Here the salesman was friendly and answered my questions, although he offered little as to the specifications of the truck. So far, so good.
I agreed to purchase the truck and came back two days later to pick it up. Here, the disappointments began. First, I had been assured that the gas tank would be full, but it had slightly less than a half tank of gas. When I got the truck home, I found that the battery terminals were badly corroded and the plastic protective cap for the positive terminal was just hanging on the positive lead. The truck bed had not been cleaned and one of the tonneau hold-down brackets was missing. Finally, the ball hitch was so rusty that I have not yet been able to remove it even after several application of WD40. I had hoped to be able to attach a bicycle rake to it. The safety pin on the hitch was finally removed after using a hammer and punch. Time will tell if I can remove the ball.
From my perspective, I found the preparation for turning the truck over to me was shoddy. It leaves me wondering if I would care to buy another vehicle from this dealer again, or if I could have confidence in their service department.
