6 Professional, clean and trendy pet spa, easy communication and booking, incredible work, transformed our fluffy beagle who’s shedding and matting got beyond what we could handle at home.
Our dog Tonks is very anxious and this was our dogs first time to a groomer. I appreciated that the salon only has one dog at a time, and I was allowed to be in the spa for drop off. Aly did an amazing job comforting both Tonks and I! I got pics and updates during the grooming session. Tonks smells so good and her fluff is back under control. We even got this mini photo session for Halloween. I will definitely come back and refer my friends. Thank you Aly!
My Teddy looks like a dream and smells delish! I will most definitely be back! Aly most definitely did her thing! She eases my mind and treated my 10 week old pup like a king! We have found our “groomer” I will send all of our pup friends to her! Amazing and so sweet! Not to mention her set up is amazing!
Aly is AMAZING! We were traveling through Columbus with our pup and had a need for a last minute Friday grooming appointment. I called numerous local groomers and no one could accommodate us, even though it was an urgent matter. Aly stayed late to help us out. Chase absolutely loved her. We’re not local but next time we’re back we will book again!
BootZ needed a good bath and deshedding. He is really timid and usually needs a muzzle for the whole treatment. He has not had good experiences with grooming, so this fur mama was stressed. Alyssa made sure BootZ felt comfortable enough and was able to groom and cut his nails. Alyssa also made me feel comfortable enough to leave and not worry. Low and behold she worked her magic! Puptown pet grooming is awesome! Alyssa did a wonderful job on our 13 year old Papillon. She was very patient with our anxious pup. It was clear that the dog’s comfort comes first. Our pup came home feeling super soft and smelling so clean. We are very impressed. We highly recommend Puptown pet grooming.
I decided my dog Sally needed a day of pampering. I took her to Puptown dog grooming for a nail clipping, de-shedding, a bath with shampoo and conditioner, ear cleaning and a teeth and gum cleaning. Sally remained very calm, enjoyed her pampering and was treated with love. The grooming area was very clean and well equipped. We will be back for more visits.
