10% of their apparel is women's. Disappointing, because they carry a lot of good brands. Yes, women can just buy a men's Carhartt, but shopping for women's flannel or shirts was just looking at 2 or 3 racks, then that's it.

Attempting to register a kayak. After visiting the Polaris location and being told that they were out of stickers for kayaks (which I'd guess is not their fault) I called the Easton location and asked if they were able to do kayak registrations today, I noted that Polaris could not because they were out of stickers. The customer representative said they have stickers and she checked to make sure that I had the correct information. After arriving at the store 15 minutes later I was told that in fact, they could not do a registration because "their system was down. " Complete waste of time after calling in advance to make sure that I could get this handled.

This place! My husband and I have
tried getting a kayak license here on two separate days. This included a 30 minute drive each way. He called before going to confirm this was possible. Upon arrival, was advised that "system was down" and couldnt process. What a waste of time. Guess we will be going directly to ODNR office.

Extremely comprehensive selection of all things outdoor. Hunting, fishing, camping.if you can't find out here it probably doesn't exist. Numerous trophy deer mounts, trophy good and taxidermy animals from bison to bear. Top brands in every department.

We drove to Columbus from Dayton to purchase a few items our local F & S did not have in stock. While there I figured I would exchange a couple items that I purchased with my rewards that were in the wrong size. Well they didn’t have the size I needed so I asked the girl working customer service, Jaionna if I could just have store credit. She credited my card a few dollars I had gone over the $70 reward limit but didn’t give me any store credit for the returned items. I asked her why and she basically told me that they don’t do that and proceeded to stare at me blankly when I asked why? All I wanted was to exchange for the proper size and was willing to wait until they were in stock. I was looking for answers. Again I got a blank stare. She then started to make another excuse to which O responded “never mind! ” And walked away. I asked another associate for help and he was willing to find me an answer as to why no store credit because to him it just didn’t sound right. When he walked me to the front door with my purchase and saw who was in customer service he apologized and stated it was unlikely I would be able to get an answer today. I read into that statement that this girl is clearly lacking in her customer service skills. Not to mention people skills overall. He did advise and try to find a corporate phone number for me but was unable. I told him not to worry I would find it just fine on my own. I did call the corporate number and was helped promptly with satisfaction but I think that this young lady needs to be retrained in her role and skills. Bi have worked customer services for 30 years and this would not of ever passed as acceptable for any of my employers.

Love this place bought a concealed carry and the guy who helped me was very helpful and knowledgeable about everything he gave me the best choice for me recommend this place to everyone

Great store. Kind of pricey. That goes with the neighborhood it's in. Easton in Columbus. Best part was the staff. They are smiling pleasant and helpful.

Love this place for fishing lures & equipment. Staff is very friendly & knowledgeable. Will definitely come back to this store.

Very disappointing. They no longer carry brands or products for specific weapons that I have. It is sad that my "go to" place has become a thing of the past.

Corporate America needs to not be so political. If they are doing everything that the law states and it is still the bad people that abuse the system. Then punish the bad people and not the rest of us law abiding citizens.

Unfortunately I will probably never shop at any Field and Stream. I will also not recommend them to any friends or relatives.

This place was always a great place to go for firearms and accessories. They have very knowledgeable staff that were excited to help you.

No longer a customer

Absolute horrible service. Waited for 30 minutes to see a release in archery. Still not even a greeting. Left my cart with all of my hunting supplies. Headed to Cabelas.

My visit was mainly for a few camping items and a few items for the crossbow. The employees are great and Knowledgeable

Good selection. Got some shades today. Make sure you get the warranty too. Easy to use replacement plan.

Every time I come here the person at the gun/ammunition section is either unavailable for help or just outright appears to not want to help customers. Front desk people are usually nice though. But for that alone I’ll stop giving them my business. Will make ammunition/gun purchases elsewhere in the future. I strongly suggest that they work on improving the customer experience back there and get the rude ingrates from behind the counter.

Great store with a bunch of outstanding products. The only thing that the staff was.was utterly useless.

I go here for my fishing supplies. Helpful staff if you can't find what your looking for. They also have hunting surplus for the hunters. They are connected to Dick's also.

Got a great deal on a hydration pack normally 40 bucks got 60 percent off couldn't had better quality hydration pack was durable kept cold even during 90 degrees heat days during festival awesome capacity Walmart had them for 20 bucks trust me save your money go to field and stream

Convienently located in the Easton area. Plenty of parking. This one is co-located with their sister store Field and Stream, with a nice "pass through" between the stores. Items from either store can be purchased at both checkouts. A good selection of outdoor sports goods, and the staff are not overly "pushy"

Came in here to buy a flashlight as a present. Sales associate somehow knew just about everything about the high lumen lights and was able to answer my questions really well. In a day where most sales associates just read the box, this guy really knew his stuff. Great experience.

Great customer service! Had exactly what I needed! Be careful this time of year, they are slammed for fishing stuff so grab your good deals quick!

They have a good selection of outdoor gear: hike, camp, hunt, fish, kayak or just need some easy to carry travel food. The staff is very friendly and willing to help. I worked with Samantha a few mornings back and had a rather complex return and her attitude was great and the managers were there promptly to assist when she needed numbers for reimbursement.
I'm not an avid outdoorsman, but I have many friends or acquaintances that are and I'm sure they'd all be able to find something useful in this store from a lure to a duck blind or sleeping bag.
It's worth a look to see what you can find and from my experience they have some decent deals on various gear.
