3This has to be the slowest bank drive through i have ever been in in my life. Expect to wait from 8 to 10 minutes after they say hello over the intercom before you actually complete your transaction. I do not bank here, thankfully, but my landlord does so I am forced to put up with this location each month just to make a simple deposit. Every single time, no matter what time of day, what day of the month or anything, it takes forever! This location 100% deters me from banking here. The people seem nice but the service speed is terrible. Go inside and save a half tank of gas.
Been with them for over 20 years. Just continues to get worse and worse. Switching soon.
This bank is a joke. 6 to 1 in fees compared to any other bank. Stay away, you’ll regret it if you don’t. Went to cash a check from a person who banks there. They tried to charge me $60 if I didn’t open an account. Chase bank charges someone $10 for the same amount check w/out an account.
