I called Final Touch Construction & Remodeling for a leak that we assumed was from our roof. Turns out the leak was from our balcony! Dan spent an hour with us trying to pinpoint the exact location of the leak which saved us so much time and money for this issue. We do have an old roof so we still did the roof inspection and he was very honest with me about the life expectancy left and future options. I probably asked way too many questions but he was very helpful and answered them all. He didn't try to oversell me on anything but obviously, this experience will have me using this company for my future roofing needs.

I was very much impressed by the professionalism, quality, value, and timeliness of Final Touch Construction & Remodeling. They went the extra mile in assuring that my roof installation was done correctly replacing all the plywood that had any signs of rot as well as the existing vents and flashing and drip molding. My experience with Final Touch was excellent and I would recommend them to anyone who needs roof replacement or repairs.

They came shortly after I called and evaluated the damage to my roof caused by a branch through the shingled roof and deck from a storm and provided a quote on the spot. The repair needed was explained fully and they helped me get it submitted to the insurance company. The repair was completed the next day. I'm very pleased with the result. I have used Final Touch Construction & Remodeling in the past and they have always been reliable and professional. They have repaired a flat roof leak and installed Hardy plank exterior siding. They have repaired shingled roofs and installed ridge vents for me in the past. I highly recommend them.

I first of all would like to say Thank you to Shukri Salem, who was very professional during This whole process. He explained everything to me, and I was very nervous during the whole process. I was able to use my Homeowner's insurance, which I've never had to do.

Shukri made sure to work closely with me and my Adjuster making sure that no stone was overlooked.

I waa able to get the Roof completely installed brand new. "No patching".

Everyone was very professional even after everything was completely finished, They reached out to make sure I was satisfied.

Very happy with Final Touch Construction & Remodeling. Ben was great at communicating and staying involved through the entire process. Our insurance company had denied our original claim as a result of a hail storm and to my surprise Final Touch was able to get the new roof approved. They followed up several times to confirm the job was scheduled and completed. Their service is better than what I ever expected.

In our first experience getting a new roof, Final Touch Construction & Remodeling gave us peace of mind. Kristina was our representative who came out to our house and walked us through every single step of the process. From day 1 the experience was smooth. They sat down with us and showed us the quality of material that would be used and when the day came to start the project, Roberto was on site to verify with us the materials, color, and specs. The roofing crew arrived on time, prepared the working area by protecting our property and when the roof was finished, there was no evidence of the crew having been there; other than our new roof, of course - Amazing job! When the roof was complete, Roberto was back on site to walk me through a post-quality inspection. Ryan was our scheduling contact, fantastic communication in getting us all the necessary information and answering our questions to prepare for the big day. We did a lot of research prior to selecting a company to replace our roof. We decided to go with Final Touch Construction & Remodeling since they went above and beyond in obtaining certifications that are above state standards. We worked with Dayna and she was fantastic in terms of communication and reviewing our roof replacement. She came by and discussed options and different brands that we were interested in. When her team (led by Mike) came to the house to work, they were very professional and had several people here every day until the job was done. I highly recommend using Final Touch Construction & Remodeling for any of your roofing or gutter needs.

From the very beginning to the end, Final Touch Construction & Remodeling were wonderful! This being my first roof replacement, I didn't know what to expect and was a little nervous. The entire staff at Final Touch went the extra mile to explain the process and was always available when I had questions. Our new roof looks wonderful. Our sales representative, Will Nixon was very good at making sure that we got the roof done the way I wanted it. The work crew did not mess around and knew what they were doing. Cleanup was thorough. Highly recommend their work.

We worked directly with our salesperson Dayna who made the entire process including working with the insurance company very easy.

On the day of the install, the workers arrived in the morning on time and were done with the job by the end of the day. They were courteous and very professional. After the job was done, they cleaned up, and we had a phenomenal-looking roof. My husband and I were extremely pleased.
