Beware they might not be submitting claims to insurance correctly. In my case, I received a nexplanon which should be 100% covered both labor and device. I was charged for labor, they refused to code the service in line with insurance policy, even after I spoke with my insurance and the obgyn’s billing office.
I had this same exact procedure done twice under the same insurance at 2 different obgyn offices and both times it was 100% covered.

Take too long. Can’t get back on time. Half hour apts are around 2 hours. Poor time management skills. No one is on the same page.
