Fine Line Auto Body North High, Columbus OH

Called up and was able to bring in the car on the same day and it was a 10-minute repair to get my door aligned and they did it gratis. That was perfect.

My car was 2014 Ford Explorer was keyed Tuesday morning, I brought it to Fine Line Tuesday afternoon. I left with a rental the same day and picked it up Saturday afternoon already painted, cleaned and I didn't even have to pay the deductible which they covered. I wouldn't have had to pay for a rental car but my insurance wouldn't cover that unfortunately. Otherwise I'd have a free auto body repair! If I knew a place like this could cover my deductible of $500 I wouldn't had so many minor fender benders fixed a LONG time ago. They went beyond the repair to make sure I was satisfied. I will definitely be telling more people about this place and their wonderful service. Great staff, great repairs and fast service with a lifetime warranty! What else could you want?

I'd love to leave more than 3 stars, but I just experienced a really long delay with my service here. The insurance adjustor said that it was on the body shop, the body shop said it was on the insurance adjustor. The work seems to be have been done well and the guys were professional and friendly. I just had to keep a couple stars, due to the delay.

The service here was amazing! The staff was incredibly kind, and my mirror was fixed super quickly. They help you find a deal, and I will definitely be coming back for all auto body work!

This was my first time working with Fine Line but I was impressed! They were very attentive and were knowledgeable since I was dealing with an insurance company. They provided me with a rental car and met my needs before the insurance company. I also loved the fact that they cleaned my car!

A week ago our 2019 Toyota Corolla was hit from behind at an intersection while waiting for an emergency vehicle. The car behind us wasn't moving very fast, but there was about $5000 of damages. We dropped the car at Fine Line Auto Body North the next day (Saturday). They worked with the insurance company (Allstate) to resolve issues and revise estimates, and returned our car to us the following Saturday, even though Christmas was in the middle of the week.

Everyone at Fine Line was courteous, responsive, friendly, professional and very competent. The car looks like new again. They handled everything, including a rental car. I certainly would use their service again if needed, and recommend them to everyone.

Fine Line went above and beyond my expectations. From the day I dropped off my truck for repair to the day I picked It up, they handled everything fast and professionally. And they repaired my truck faster than I ever expected. Approximately 1 week! They worked directly with my insurance company so I didn’t have to and they made sure everything was fixed. Their attention To detail is unmatched in today’s world. When I picked up my car it looked brand new. They even detailed the inside. I couldn’t be more impressed and satisfied. My first car the fixed beautifully and the second unfortunately was totaled but they took care of everything on both cases and even referred me to a dealership that they said would give me a good deal. Overall great experience. Friendly, helpful front desk staff. Fantastic body work done from the back. Plus fresh interior exterior detail job complimentary.

I had never had to deal with a body shop before but the employees at Fineline were very knowledgeable and helpful with helping me set up a claim and set up my rental. I recommend them very highly if you have never been in an accident before and don’t know what to do.

The staff was friendly, maintained good communication and went beyond the normal to help me out. Glad to say I don’t visit body shops often but in those rare instances I will certainly choose this Team again!
