Fine Line Auto Body Reynoldsburg

Thank you so much to Anthony for taking care of us. We went to pick up our car last week and we realized there was a problem with opening the gas tank door. Anthony immediately jumped on it with his men and fixed it right then and there, even though they were so close to closing and probably looking forward to going home. Thank you for making us feel like a priority and for the excellent quality of work completed on our car. We will definitely bring our car back if we need future repairs, hopefully we will not have too though.

Fine line did a great job of getting me back on the road safe and with peace of mind! Everyone there was very kind and considerate and always made me feel comfortable when asking for updates on my vehicle while it was getting repaired. They went above and beyond to make sure my car was suitable to drive and look very good! They even added pin stripping to it (with glitter!) I know when I need auto body work done again, I’m going back to fine line)

Fine Line was great to work with. I was in an accident and my car ended up being totaled by insurance, but Fine Line kept in contact through the whole process. Even when I went in to clean the car, everyone was super nice and helpful. Definitely recommend them for the customer service alone.

I loved the level of service I received from the staff at Fineline auto body. The staff was very kind and professional and also gave me a rose when I came in to drop my vehicle off to get an estimate. It’s the little things that matter and that made my day. They were consistent with updating me about my vehicle and when I picked up my vehicle I was so excited. They cleaned my car and had it looking like a brand new vehicle. I also have a lifetime warranty. Lastly, I would recommend this collision shop to everybody who needs assistance and just to experience the love I received when I first walked into the door.

My car looks as better than it did the day of purchase, I mean literally. I picked it up and I was all smiles. My Mazi is a blue beast again!

I have 2 wonderful experiences with Fine Line in Reynoldsburg OH. The first experience was the best! I was dealing with the persons insurance, The staff there took over my entire claim for me, got a rental right then. They educated me on what was going on every step of the way. It definitely would have been a headache for me had the staff not stepped in on my behalf.

My second experience, unfortunately within months was so smooth, I knew who to turn too, and they once again gave me the best service. I initially was told to go to another body shop, however based on the experience I had with Fine Line, I knew exactly who to turn to. I would/will suggest/recommend to anyone who may have the unfortunate experience as I did. They will make your experience a well educated one. Thank you!

Very good experience considering the misfortune of being in a accident. They have great customer service, they were very accommodating even when the insurance company wasn’t! Friendly and down to earth, every time I left the place I had a smile on my face. I appreciated their service and will recommend them to everyone in need of bodywork and repairs. My car looked better than it did before it got hit. BEAUTIFUL WORK! They made sure I had a good rental car, and repaired my car fast and without any problems.

Very fast turn around time. Professional staff. But they left plastic covering pieces from my vehicle in my back seat. I have no idea where they are to be installed.

Vanessa was super helpful when i called to get info about repairing the spoiler on my car. I stopped in & Nathan was able to fix it quickly & didn’t even charge me since it was a relatively simple fix! Definitely would recommend this shop! Very friendly service! This was my second time using Fine Line and they were awesome yet again. As soon as I got hit, I knew I would be go be going back to them.

Though this time resulted in my car being totaled out, they were helpful every step of the way. From getting me into a rental quickly to helping me deal with the insurance, they were kind and understanding. If I’m unfortunate enough to encounter another collision, I will not hesitate to go back.

From the day I walked in (8/23) to the day I picked up my car (8/31), Fine Line and its staff did nothing but provide quality customer service and support throughout my experience with them. I was assured that the damage done to my car would be handled properly.and it was. *Please see pictures for before and after. *

Like anyone in an accident, especially to no fault of your own, it's a frustrating experience, but because of my full coverage insurance, I not only had a $0 deductible, but had access to a rental for up to 30 days at no out-of-pocket cost. With that in mind, my process with Fine Line went very smoothly - from the explanation of the process itself, to regular communication/updates. And being less than 5 minutes from home was also a plus! They even washed and cleaned out my car, while allowing me to leave my rental at their location for pick-up.

I would recommend ANYONE in the Columbus/Reynoldsburg area, with auto body needs, to come to this business for your needs!
