Employees never have no idea what is going on. Rarely ever have sizes available. I’ve never been to a finish line where they don’t ask for your rewards winner circle information when your checking out with hundreds of dollars in sneakers. I’ll continue to drive to PA!:)

Was looking for another pair of shoes to add to my rotation of work shoes.i work retail and know good cutomer srevice when i see it.after looking around the store for some shoes that i wanted to try on.one of the guys on staff once he ws done with the customer he was with asked how i was and if there was any shoes i would like.the employees name was KERRION.so i tried on a few pair and asked him for his advice on a pair good comfort and support.he said let me suggest this type and he whent back and got one.he was correct it was what i was looking for.i thanked him and he asked is there anything else i can do for you.i checked out and was pleased with my purchase.why its important that i recgnize KERRION, is that he provided exalant customer service and knew his product.also to note he had a smile on his face and was approchable what is not very common in certain places.to all and any that read this he should be commended for his service skills and aknolaged.thank you Paul
