Fioritto Family Dental, Concord OH

Had a cleaning, xray and exam today and it was a great experience. Reagan, my dental hygienist was so kind, friendly and she made me feel welcome and at ease. I would highly recommend anyone going to ask for her! The ladies at the front desk were also very nice.

I went there needing a dentist appointment due to a severely broken tooth, after the normal paperwork, they got me in a chair quickly, 30 minutes later, I was out of pain, the staff was friendly and professional, I would highly recommend Fioritto Family Dentist to anyone.

I can’t recommend Dr Daniela and Ragan enough! Ragan is fantastic and Dr Daniela is so sweet and knowledgeable and explains everything so well to help me understand my dental health. I am very comfortable with them and really appreciate them for that.:)

Confirmation Text read 1: 00, arrived at 12: 50. Was taken back at 1: 45! For just a cleaning, no x rays, left office at 2: 40! Who has that kind of time for a teeth cleaning!

All around bad business practices! Canceled appointments without notifying us. Rescheduling them after we show up to appointments and entering the appointments in for routine cleanings verses fillings and refusing to do work. Once work was done, not by a dentist but a tech, paid out of pocket when we carry 2 dental insurances. Then a week later received a check for total amount. Last cleaning they used a tooth brush to polish my daughters teeth because the machine wasn't working, instead of moving her to another open room! Today my daughter had a routine cleaning. She drove 40 minutes on icy road only to be told her father had an outstanding bill so her appointment was cancelled, without notifying us. Mind you 2 dental insurance, plans she her cleaning would have been 100% covered. Save you time and money overpriced and subpar service, policies and office management!

I could not ask for a more friendly, caring, and knowledgeable staff to replace my 35 yr old dentures. I will recommend this family facility to all my family and friends. A special thank you to Dr. Nicole.

Accompanied my husband to his dental cleaning appointment - our first after a specific issue that we were here just a week ago. I continue to be impressed and thankful for the care and caring of staff and Dr. Chris. As guardian for my husbands care his dental status and treatment plan were discussed and in terms neither above or below me allowing for questions, clear explanations and in an unrushed atmosphere. Thank you not only for our experience but for renewing my faith in the delivery of dental/ medical care and practice!

I see Dr. Daniela and Dr. Mike. The office is really nice and so is everyone I talk with on their staff. I recommend coming here!

Dr. Fioritto is an knowledgeable implantologist with the most up to date techniques. He lectures and teaches fellow dentists like myself. Great mentor that I will definitely send patients to for complex cases. Highly recommend.

Great service, great staff friendly makes you feel comfortable and at ease.

Update. Part way through to my new crowns. Exceptional service and care if I have an issue they have gotten me right in and out. Can't imagine going anywhere else. With extensive crown preparation I felt no pain and was at ease the entire visit

I was sent there by my dentist to get my tooth implant off. My dentist couldn't after two different attempts. They can cut it off but I needed to return. It will be nice when off. Clean and right off main route. Nice light for main road access.

Both of my kids have been patients at the Concord office for a couple of years. I called this morning to schedule an appointment for one of them to finish some dental work that we had to pause because we lost our insurance during a job transition for a few months. I was told that they couldn’t schedule me because we are on their “Same Day” policy for 3 missed appointments in the last year. I’ve never been a “no show” so when I asked what appointment, they gave me 3 days where in the last year I had called to cancel because my kid was sick; seems like the right thing to do with Covid and all. But because I couldn’t predict my kids getting sick in their policy time frame (48 hours) we were out on this “Same Day” policy (and not notified btw). So this policy means that I have to call On days we can make it and see if they have time. I mean just WOW! I would understand if we were no shows but that wasn’t the case. Needless to say I requested my kids records and we won’t be returning. The staff seems like they couldn’t care less to lose good clients. So if you are a current patient and you happen to get sick when you have a scheduled appointment you better show up sick or else you will be in this same position. Probably the worst “bedside manner” I’ve ever experienced.

The building is beautiful and the service is excellent. The reason I scheduled an appointment with them is because they mentioned on their website that they are directly contracted with my insurance. But it turned out my insurance was out of network with them and I ended up paying an unexpected amount. I wish I knew before my appointment.

I look forward to going to an appointment, The Dr.s and staff are very kind and efficient. My last trip was for dental surgery and I was scared. Dr. Mike had me in and out of the chair in record time, no pain at all.none today either (the day after) I can't say I even have anything to say but good job!
