11Went to cash/deposit a check from one of their member credit unions.in order to do this you have to tell them the routing number and account number so they can find the bank in thier system.i went inside and was told due to COVID reasons i would have to go through the drive through to do it.they had 3 other people in line when i walked in.i asked if they would be able to understand me over the intercomm since it was a pneumatic system and not a window.she said you don't wear a mask going through.totally not what i meant.i ended up having to repeat the numbers 3 times for them to get it over the intercomm.will be finding another place to do any banking i have to do locally.
I believe this bank isn’t the place for minorities. It’s very hard to receive any loans despite your credit score. We need to start supporting the banks that support our communities.
I recommend going elsewhere.
I received a dormant fee of $10 and called to see if I could get it reversed. The online chat person said it was too long ago (more than 2 Statements). I then told her I would be closing my accounts to which she answered "we have parameters we must follow.and I hope you have a better day. " Nice
Waoo, I can't believe this bank continues to operate like this. Too many negative complaints, thanks for the information, I will blacklist them.
DO NOT BANK with them. They are incompetent and have no idea how to manage funds or assets. If you leave your money in the bank, they’ll actually charge you a Dormant Fee for not spending it. That’s called theft. Worthless POS. That’s how they treat a customer after 6 years. Stay away!
Showed up at 7: 50 on a Thursday morning waiting for them to open at 8 o'clock, and who I would presume to be the manager, pulls up and tells me to move because I'm a security issue? Even though there are six or seven other cars in the parking lot right next to me waiting for the bank to open. She was extremely rude about it. Not to mention when I finally go inside, the staff was very sluggish and slow. If you don't like your job get a different job. Don't take it out on the patrons. Very dissatisfied with the service and respect or the lack there of at this branch and will not be back.
We have always had a great experience here. We also applied for a private loan and Beverly made it a very easy process for us.
I had a bad experience a while back but it turns out it was because my credit union had placed a hold on my shared branching account and that's why they couldn't find it.
Love this place. Couldnt be happier with the service, and very competitive rates.
Also take a look at their downtown branch, they have an old stained glass window hanging up inside of a firefighter which is real old and cool looking.
Friendlier than the bank, with much better rates. Their Advantage Checking account is the best way to earn interest these days!
Bad customer service and high fees 28 dollars overdraft fee and they will not take it back to help the member out closing my account as soon as i pay off my loan can't wait to go somewhere else
