Food is great but they cannot be considered a fast-food restaurant, it was over 20 minutes to get a sandwich

As my first time trying this sub place, wouldn't come back to this location. Customer service was extremely bad and felt like we were a bother interrupting the 3 ladies day.

Food is good. Workers attitude could be better they are very rude. Manager and cashier could use some people skills classes. They are nice to first responders and police though. Cold drafty eating area. Pop fountain wasn't working.

I really like the New York Steamer. But then, I'm heavily biased toward pastrami. Really tender! Price is about what you'd expect for today. Good all around place if you have a couple of minutes to wait.

I recently tried Firehouse Subs' veggie sub, and it was absolutely fantastic! The combination of fresh veggies and delicious toppings made for a delightful meal. The chips were a perfect side, too. Beyond the delicious food, the customer service was exceptional, making the overall dining experience top-notch. What's even more commendable is that Firehouse Subs supports local fire departments, which adds to the feel-good factor of dining here. I highly recommend Firehouse Subs to anyone looking for a great meal with a positive impact on the community!

Terrible experience. Ordered on the app for a 12: 20 pickup. I walk into the store at 12: 18 and a worker checked on my order saying there were 5 orders in front of mine and it would be at least another 15-20 minute wait. This is absolutely unacceptable. What is the point of doing an online order and scheduling a pickup time if that’s not possible. Workers did not try to rectify the issue at all. We will not be coming back and will be telling everyone to avoid this location and franchise as a whole. Just absolutely terrible and can see from other reviews that this is the standard for this store and nothing has changed.

This location is notoriously slow in their service. We went to this location and waited 35 mins to receive our subs after ordering. Usually when we come here we wait at least 20 mins after ordering to receive our food. This is the reason we do not frequent this store.

I very much enjoy firehouse. But this was terrible. Online order for 4: 10pm. Walked in at 4: 13 and no one up front. No order made. Order wasnt ready until 4: 35. Poor management

Philly cheesesteak is incredible! I go to Firehouse subs because they have the best gluten free bread at any of the sub shops made by Schar. Double meat with extra Mayo and extra mustard is the way to order the Philly cheesesteak. Check out the pictures it's stacked and dripping with flavor! Their Pastrami sub is also very good.

Sandwhich was cold and not even toasted. Meat was cold, not even warmed up. Didn't taste the same either as it normally does. Been noticing alot of quality control issues at Firehouse locations these days. Such a shame

Extremely slow service for a sub place. It took 30 mins to get 2 small subs. The small sub is beyond small, it is hilarious. The chips we got were expired. The sub was ridiculously under filled, what was on it did taste ok. We will not be back.

There was a line to have our rdertaken but it went swiftly and i a short tiewe were ejoying our delicious sanwiches.

The man working when I went to pick up my order was very, very kind, on top of it, and the sub was delicious! Will definitely return.

Very friendly staff everyone was super nice and our sandwiches EXCELLENT! I will definitely be back!

I have to say my family and I went in tonight and Joe along with another gentleman showed absolute amazing customer service. We most definitely be back! High recommend

The positive is that the food tastes very good. The negative is that the creation of the sandwiches is extremely slow. There isn't a sense of urgency or an observable effort to expedite things. I would only recommend eating here if you have 15 or 30 minutes to wait for your sandwich to be made.

There must have been a cup of mayonnaise on the sub. Scraped it all off but still had to throw the sub away. Not sure why anyone would put that much mayonnaise on anything.
