Never leave reviews, but I was particularly upset with my experience. Firehouse subs is typically pretty consistent, sandwhiches are usually okay for a sandwhich chain. This location though, was awful. The sandwhich was made so sloppy and the meat quality was questionable. In fact, another customer as we were eating went to the counter to call into question the integrity of the deli meat. Texture and flavor was just bad. When we entered the restaurant the lady at the register wanted us to order literally as we were walking to the register. We were rushed and met with dramatic sighs as we just took a look at the menu. We were extremely uncomfortable, anxious and then upset when we saw the quality of the food. For the price I felt this was all unacceptable.

$15 for a brisket sub that was more bread than anything else. If they threw on double the meat it would just about be worth it. Good food, but super expensive for a sub.

Overall a good place for subs. Menu is varied and the quality of the food is above average. They make the subs on the spot which adds to its taste and freshness. Only downside is this can slow service if busy or if they have many phone orders.

Can't order as a guest. They say they are sending a code for email validation but it never shows up. Lost business.

This location serves awful food and when I requested a refund I was met with pure disdain from the actual district manager. She says she operates all Firehouses in the area so I guess my family just won’t be going here anymore at all. I get things happen but when the DISTRICT MANAGER refuses to refund you and will not apologize and fights you the whole time. Wow just wow.

Regularly not open on Sunday when it says they are. This is the third time this has happened. I think they have staffing problems with workers not showing up on Sunday cause sometimes they are open and sometimes they are not.

Set a pick up for 4pm. Arrived at 345. I was told my order was read and was made at 2pm when I placed my order. My sandwiche sat for 2 hours. Damn thing was soaked. It heavy as hell. Had to take it back. Made me a fresh sandwich and it was just ok. Not going back there. Heading to Jersey Mike's tomorrow.

Decent sub but I didn’t get my pickles I always tip being a former restaurant employee. Unless they don’t complete the order properly. Just like CJ Chans when they didn’t give me my requested noodles with my soup. Never again you didn’t lose business you just lost the tip for good. Ah I love when businesses try to guilt trip tips but don’t meet their end. My dinner just got cheaper by 5 dollars next time. Thanks guys:)

Being Good Friday, I went looking for a good vegetable sub sandwich. The staff were friendly, polite, and promptly greeted me. My lunch wasn't enjoyable, but it wasn't the fault of the staff. The sub was made with care (actually too much care, in that I waited almost 15 minutes for them to make it), but I found it to be too moist with sautéed mushrooms, onions, peppers, cheese, etc, ; almost " sloppy" moist. I'm sure there are better vegetarian options out there. I'll try again on a different day of week, and try a more "standard" sub from the menu. I do believe this was simply a bad choice on my part, and do not recommend to others.

Friendly staff and good sandwiches. I've found the same high quality at Firehouse locations across the country. Never been disappointed.

The worst! Worst delivery ever! Doir dashed 4 sandwiches. Had it remade. The same mess the 2nd time. Ordered steak and cheese w pepper and onions. Got a bun w pepper and onion! Ordered a turkey and provalone got a spoon of tuna spread w. Lettuce ect. Awful. 2 hook and ladder w toppings. Litterly so sloppy and no ham. I will not order from them again. Hortible waste of 45$. And no refund.

The subs are great. Ingredients were fresh when I went. They do catering as well.
Awful names for sandwiches, I'm not going to ask for a 'New York Steamer, " that just sounds really gross.

I have been ordering small subs in the past and today got takeout for a small cheesesteak and there was not enough meat on it to even cover the bread. Tons of peppers but not enough meat for what I spent for this! Called the UD store and was told that, per policy, they can only put 1oz of meat on a small portion! I am so dissatisfied that I will never go there again! The employee that took my order could have cared less and had a sour attitude! Terrible customer service! Asked for corporate phone number or someone that I could relay how disappointed I was! She said she didn’t know anyone from Firehouse that I could express my dissatisfaction. My BIL was a Dayton firefighter that died while on duty and that was why I used to think your claim that firefighters are special. I will NEVER order from you again. Your employee needs to be taught to stop acting like customers hold no value. If it weren’t for the customers Firehouse would not exist! I’m really shocked by the quality of the sub I paid $7 for and the treatment I received from your employee! She should be trained or fired! You just lost a frequent customer!
