I recently test drove a 2018 Kia, which I picked up at Firelands Chevrolet Buick in Norwalk. Sharré Morey and I took a test drive to the Vermilion Firelands Chevrolet dealership, where I test drove another Kia. I purchased one of the Kias, concluding the sale at Firelands Autogroup in Sandusky. Sharré was helpful and knowledgeable, and I really appreciated her relaxed, “no pressure” style of salesmanship. In each location I visited, the staff were friendly and helpful - there was a consistency through all three locations of efficient operation between sales staff, management and service personnel. Sharré Morey continued at my side throughout the process with everything from filling out forms to transferring items from the trade-in to my newly purchased Kia. I am happy with my car and with the car buying experience through Firelands.

We recently purchased a 2021 Kia Telluride with the help of Michael Finch! To say his catch phrase “when you’re in a pinch call finch” is true would be an understatement! We unfortunately got into an accident which our vehicle was totaled during and within a week of the accident Finch had found our dream car and had it delivered to us in Indiana from Ohio! Not only was his customer service above and beyond but his responsiveness throughout the process and after we had our car for a few days was amazing. Yay! After 20 years of not owning my own vehicle I was nervous and hesitant about purchasing a new one. I’d been driving my 2002 Toyota for almost 10 years but it’s decline forced me to do just that. Not sure who Ethan's boss is but I wanted them to know the kid is a Rockstar. While truck shopping the past two weeks I have discussed purchasing from about 10 different people. Ethan was by far one of the best salesman I have ever worked with. While I was not able to get to my goal with firelands it was not dude to lack of effort at all. Excellent service with the service department. They allowed me to view the underside of the vehicle and explained all issues that were found after they test drove the vehicle.
After all repairs were completed they again test drove the vehicle to be sure all repairs corrected the problem.
