I went in with a screw head in my tire close to the edge thinking I was going to need a new tire and luckily it was a very short screw that didnt puncture the tire. John was honest about it and sent me on my way.

Firestone is the absolute best! Josh took the time to actually listen to what I had going on with my 2019 Jeep Compass and assured me that they would take care of the problem. I had nothing but issues with the service department over at Spitzer on W130th not servicing my Jeep correctly. Josh and his team did a total inspection and gave me a report on everything just for 10 bucks. They tested both my batteries and that also came with a report and I needed to replace them both. Josh took the time to explain the Jeeps start/stop system to me so I could understand how it works and that fixed all the issues I was having since I purchased the car a year ago. This was something that Spitzer on W130th couldn't handle I took it back to them several times and they were charging double for one battery and never checked the system out. Thanks Josh for your knowledge and understanding personality. Mr. Michigan fan.

This location is efficient! I was educated on how to better service my car and even the greeting at the door makes a difference.

I had a tire that needed filled every few weeks. After filling it 3 times I stopped in to have it checked. My service advisor was amazing! He showed me the tire, the metal that was in the tire and explained why it couldn't be patched. He found a tire for me but after going in back realized they didn't have it after all. No worries. He was able to upgrade me to an even better tire for the same pricing. The service work was also done sooner than I anticipated. Thank you!

Had a horrible experience my last time there. The tech Jon was extremely rude. He was passive aggressive and I was stereotyped. Instead of him saying he did not know what he was doing; he blamed me for his short-comings. He has no problem disrespecting people who do not look like him. I reached out to file a complaint, the store manager never contacted me. Will not return!

Rude. I spoke to a male about the car and getting it in. Called back 2 hours later to tell him the tow truck was in route, he started screaming at me that there is no place to put the car and I should have made an appointment first. I went elsewhere.

The store manager customer service suck because of your unprofessional attitude when you called me about a factual survey I took I will never spend another penny at Firestone. You suppose to bring in customers not discourage them to leave.

I purchased tires somewhere else they had no issues installing them for me. They had the cheapest price to install, Pretty fast service. And didn't try And push you to buy their tires from them like most places.

Very qualified and John the manager will explain everything and cost to you and its your choice

Have been using this Firestone dealership for years. Has had some changes in management. Had a good tire deal starting today 11/11 and ending on 11/14 (I believe). Like Firestone tires and service was good. Tires, balancing and a few other things. They suggested a couple of other minor things, but I generally have those done at the dealership.

Love this place. Very knowledgeable and honest. Love my new weather grip tires. Thanks guys. Keep up the great work

Tire light came on near Firestone I stopped in to ask if my tire pressure could be checked because I live 25 minutes away and didn’t want to take a chance my tire going flat. I explained what was going on with the tire to the guy at the counter He told me -after thinking about it for several minutes that he can’t check the tire pressure because the light is flashing. I’m sitting here writing this review one of the techs came out and checked a customer! S oil in her car IN THE PARKING LOT.
