9Really disappointed. Called in here the other day to make an appointment on a diagnostic, on a vehicle I was about to have towed in to the Firestone in Lima. Guy talked over me, didn't even let me finish what I was trying to say. Really rude and just a moron. I won't use this location
These guys are honest, friendly, and great with fixing your car! The prices are pretty competitive. I come here for all of my car repairs.

Took the car in for new tires and went to the mall for 3 hours plus to pass time come back and car has not even been in awful don’t take more cars then what you can handle
Originally I went in for an alignment. I scheduled online, and when I got there was told that they had no one there who could do an alignment. This was no one at the stores fault but more the websites fault. I left my car overnight and got a call the next day that there was actually something broken on my car and I needed new tires. They fixed what was broken, put on new tires, and did the alignment all in the next day. Keith was really great throughout the whole experience in explaining what was wrong and getting me a good deal on the tires. Overall the experience with the store wasn't bad, but with the website and scheduling.
Had car dropped off for ball joint and axle. Price was expensive for what was done. Paid for inspection and paper wasn't filled out. They failed to mention my speed sensor wire was cut off most likely from ball joint breaking and lights were on my dash.also, didn't mention major oil leak. Wont be back
