If you even have a slightly modified vehicle don’t bother taking it to any firestone stores.person answering the phone wasn’t very friendly and made me feel stupid for even asking if they work on slightly modified vehicles.it’s one thing to say no unfortunately we cannot.it’s another to make someone feel bad for even asking.if you have aftermarket suspension don’t bother even asking.take your business elsewhere.

Poor management. The District Manager (Nick) is a joke. Shady district that they have operating. Something needs to be done! Also the manager Paul is a joke. Very crooked. The Lub Tech Justin is also out of control. Always high on the job.

Made a 2 pm appointment and sat in the waiting room till 3: 15. They hadn't even pulled my car in. I had to get my keys back and leave. So disrespectful IMO & I won't be coming back!

Found a screw in my tire called Firestone the next day they had the tires in stock that I needed for my car and they took the car right in had all new tires on my car within a hr or less very polite ppl, and it was the 1st time I ever been there.

I like taking my cars here, but they need to get their labor problems under control! They don't have enough techs to handle the number of customers they get, and the TWO that were workimg when I was there were going sooooo slowly, it was obvious they had no interest in getting things done. The work was done correctly, but took over twice as long as they told me it would take when I arrived.

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!
Scheduled to drop my car off on 5/13 at 8 am, the tech decided to schedule it for 5/12 at 8am instead.
Tech's tried to say that both of my front tires needed to be replaced due to "belts showing". When I declined the $450 price tag for 2 new tires, the tech had "just gotten done remounting the front right tire"- Why was the tech working on this wheel when it supposedly needed to be replaced?
Paid $9.99 for the Car Care Package that was supposed to include topping off the windshield washer fluid- reservoir was bone dry when I picked the car up.
All four TPMS sensors worked when I dropped the car off but I got a call (after they had my car for 4 hours) that one of the TPMS sensors was incorrect and need to be replaced for $104. All four TPMS sensors worked PERFECTLY when I dropped the car off so what happened?
Lost one of the valve stem caps and didn't replace it until I walked back in and told them to replace it.

Update- Took the car back in to be fixed on 5/20. Instead of fixing the issues they caused, Christian (manager) said that I was "Accusing them of putting air in my tire and causing my engine to blow" even though my engine is fine? Christian then tried fighting me as I was leaving to look tough in front of his Techs. Problems were not fixed.

Don't go here unless you want to pay them to damage your car and then get hostile and deny accountable when you tell them they need to fix it.

Every couple of years I forget how horrible this place is then I go in and am immediately reminded of it. I’ve never experienced such consistent poor customer service. I was told once I had to take my bed tool box out for an alignment. Another time they wouldn’t plug a tire because it was past half tread life. If you don’t want to work then say so.

I had power steering lines replaced an I keep seeing spot on my drive way an I changed my oil filter and I was shocked they didn't have the lines wrench tight only finger tight I will never use this store again ase service more like shade tree service. So if you want ur stuff right go somewhere else

My appointment was at 10 am. I scheduled my appointment a week in advance. Was getting four new tires put on. I did add an oil change to my request once I got there. I don't see how but it managed to take them three hours. What's the point in making an appointment if it's going to take 3 hours?

Had my son take his car in to diagnose what sounded like a belt slipping and smelled like burning rubber. They came back with an estimate for almost $2000 saying it needed shocks, PCV valve plus over $800 to replace the drive belt and tensioner, marking up the price of the part more than double what the dealer charges.when I suggested to order the part from the dealer and they would deliver it the response was I can't adjust the prices because they are set by the company.

Stay away!

They over torque my lug nuts and strip them out. Do not go to this location. They do not know what they're doing

Friendly and quality service, and have found this Firestone shop to be honest. Recently had power steering pump replaced but within a couple months noticed power steering fluid was leaking somewhere. They found that hose clamps needed replaced, and they covered it, no charge.

I've been going here for about 2 years. And I like the place, they get my car in and finished in a reasonable time.
