Tracy is fantastic! She was very patient and attentive with my 76 year old Mother who needs things repeated and explained often. Their are not enough Stars to Thank First Federal and Twyla McCarthy for all their help, During the hardest time of my life friends and myself tried opening up a Memorial Fund another local Credit Union (whom I've been associated with for 36 years) we all spent days and hours there trying to do so with no luck because the IRS.gov was down till January 3rd they couldn't get me a EIN #, I tried opening up just a regular account they wouldn't let me, so we went to First Federal talked with Twyla and within 5 minutes she opened me up an account and in January 3rd when the IRS gov.site was up she got me a EIN# and transferred any donations that came in to the new account so it's not taxed, simple as that and no run around! So if you need a new bank and one that will work with you not against you, and help in anyway they can, stop in to First Federal and do your banking there! Thank You again Twyla!
