One of the best bank branches in Dayton Ohio. The commercial loan vp Jason Sequest is outstanding!
Lender does not work with small business or investors unless your loan is over $1 Mil. Was told my loan for a commercial investment at $260k was not worth the time to look at it when 1&5 mil loans were in the que. Poor communication and turn around time - actually never received a yes or no and was offered other lenders to get an answer from.
My husband and I recently came here for our new home mortgage. It was such a wonderful experience working with Sandy! She was so sweet and did such a good job explaining everything to us! I highly recommend coming here for any mortgage needs!
Good solid bank, five-star rating, but very poor drive-thru system, one-star rating. Waiting time and friendliness is not up to 2017 standards.
