Terrible staffing and very mean people. Don't answer the phone. Leave you without your medications and put in housing just to throw you out. Terrible place. Don't care about their patients.

Nice staff. Excellent facility! 2 people really stand out at First Step. Mario Bianconi is a knowledgeable, charismatic, caring and motivational doctor. Tim Greene is by far the best counsler I've ever met! He's caring, motivational, knowledgeable and always knows what to say. He has a way to relate that makes you comfortable and easier to open up in a group setting. His groups are fantastic. If your ready to turn your life around First Step Reynoldsburg is the way to go.

Rhonda, a substance use disorder counselor, is genuine in her concern for recovery. She is knowledgeable in the the field, resourceful and empathetic. I respect her fact based answers and look forward to my encouraging counseling sessions.

Mario is very good at his job. He cares about his patients. He has been there for me for years now and every time I see him it’s almost like seeing family. He’s very cool, down to earth, and caring. I will most definitely recommend him and First Step Recovery. I’ve been with them so long that they are like my family. First Step saved my life and I will forever be grateful. Rhonda, Raahkee, and Tim are awesome counselors. They have all gone above and beyond for me and I appreciate them more than they know. Thank you so much all of you at First Step Recovery?

This place helped saved my life! Yes there are policy's I don't agree with and the PHP on bryden could use some changes in staff but overall it's a amazing place to get help. The IOP on brice rd is awesome, the staff truly cares for people that want recovery, every body's recovery journey is different and unique but if you want the help it's there! The office staff (Sori is amazing and so kind, Linda, Rhonda, Haley, Rose, Bradley, Kevin are all about helping there clients. I have been in treatment over 10 times and never got the quality of care like I do here. Thank you guys for believing in me and helping me grow! I would send my loved ones here with full confidence that they would get the same Love and compassion as I got from here. Thanks again first step

I went into First Step on Bryden Rd on September 8 2020. Since that time I have been in the program. Soon I will complete SOP and move out of sober living here. My plan is to move on to transitional housing with the program. This is my 3rd time getting sober and I believe with the help of First Step it will be my last. The people within the program are what makes it special. I’m grateful to Angela and Derek for everything they do to set us up for success.
I now work in a facility where I help others in my shoes and every time I refer anyone I send them there.
It’s a great program and bc of it I am alive today

First Step Recovery Center is by far the best place I have ever worked! This is the first place that I've been where the entire staff genuinely cares about and wants to help our clients. Many clients have been coming here for years and it's amazing to see people turn their lives around for the better!

This by far the worst recovery program i have ever been in nit only did one of the clients overdosed and died in ine of their sober living houses they also allow to to actively use while your living there just so they can continue to bill your insurance they also remind you on a regular basis to make sure you sign in and out of groups so that they can bill there is a counselor by the name of shawn who is a complete joke not sure where he got his creditials the staff is zero helpful whime i was there they often served meals on coffee filters in place of plates i am a muslim and they refused to purchase non pork food told me that it was too expensive so beware this is not treatmemt rather than a homeless shelter for addicts rhat they cam make money off of

They have help me with my sobriety for 2 years. Yes there have been some issues but they get realized in a quick and professional manner. The only people I have seen with problems are the ones who don't go by first steps guide lines. I could never thank you enough for all that you have done for me.

I've been going there for a few years now, and it's been pretty good. I have to say, I met with the blonde doctor yesterday, and she really spent time asking me questions and I could tell that she really cared. I think she asked me more things about my recovery than the man that I usually see ever has! Also I haven't seen counseling for the last few months, and my brother died and I think I really have needed to and she got me in with a counselor right after our visit yesterday. So, good and bad.
