Terrible customer service. The man working behind the counter was rude and degrading. He talked down to us every chance he could. I would not recommend if you do not know absolutely everything about a shooting range or else you will get scolded.

Top notch staff. Knowledgeable and courteous but will point out issues or safety violations in a firm but professional manner. I've been shooting with them for a few years now and this is my go-to range.

Nice range. The manager needs serious help in customer service. Rude degrading and actually aggressive at a gun range. Horrible experience for such a nice place. Next time it’s back to Sherwins.

It was my first time at this range! A huge hail storm was happening while shooting, I didn't even know til the guy at the front desk was like you missed a storm. But we walked out into sunshine when we finished. It's now my favorite range, I will definitely be back. You can rent guns, buy ammo & safety gear!

This has been my go to place for practice. The staff has always been friendly and helpful.

This is easily one of the best ranges in the area. The guy that runs it is extremely courteous and leads with safety at all times. I really appreciate that you have to load at your station and not at one of the tables behind you. Some people get annoyed about it but it's clearly an extra step that they take for everybody's safety and that's very well received.

My husband and I went yesterday this was my 1st time ever going and shooting a gun. I am sorry I didn't get the guy's name that worked there but he was super nice and very helpful. He made me feel very comfortable. Never made me feel like anything I asked was dumb. I 100% recommend coming here and if it's your 1st time definitely start here.

Best pricing that I've seen in Ohio! Customer service, TOP NOTCH! Even though this place is 30 minutes from home, this will be the ONLY range I go to from now on!

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Great selection of cheap targets and accessories. 20 bucks to shoot as long as you want, that's a bargain. Not very crowded out in the country, never had to wait. Good times.

There was a 300 blackout being shot and the person that assigned the lanes put us right next to them. I asked to move to another lane and he moved us one lane away. Too much trouble to move us to 5 instead of 8 I guess. Very in considerate of the attendant. Never said a word to us when leaving like have a good day or whatever. Rude. Sure it’s a concrete box but the gasses from that blackout was disturbing our shooting too. Won’t come back if he is there. Janet salesky
