First Watch - Princeton Plaza, Springdale OH

Terrible service- sat with an empty drink for 30 minutes, food was slow to come out, checks took forever, order was missing items, potatoes were undercooked.

I ordered a power wrap, but had it made according to my servers specifications and it was the bomb.com I swear it needs to be named after her. It was chicken, peppers, and some other really good stuff. Sorry my memory is off folks, I'm posting this review 2weeks after eating there.

Food was great but service was lacking. We went on Sunday morning around 10am, I understand that can be a busy time but our waitress rushed to get our drink and food order at the same time. The coffee was cold and we had to wait 10 minutes after we got our food to get my mom’s English muffin that we ordered originally. I asked for a to-go box when the server dropped our bill off, we waited 10 minutes and didn’t want to wait anymore so paid and left without my to-go box. Disappointed and don’t plan on returning to that location. Felt very understaffed for a Sunday morning.

I visited the First Watch in West Chester, by Ikea, best location I’ve visited! Service was friendly and speedy, we went for Saturday breakfast and were pleasantly surprised with our visit.

Some of the cooks have their masks on but under their chin.please take precautions necessary during the pandemic

Not sure what first watch has done in recent months, but the food is different and not the same. I really feel like the quality of ingredients and focus on flavors has diminished this into a perkins like fast food breakfast eatery.

I didn't care for the taste of the pork or the turkey sausage for breakfast. My scrambled egg whites weren't very fluffy. It seemed like a nice healthy menu. I just fell in love with Brothertons breakfast the weekend before so. But the waiter was nice enough I just prefer to be waited on by seasoned servers they're more attentive

First Watch is my favorite place for breakfast. Always pleasant service and fresh, healthy, delicious food.

Only come to this location when I'm getting work done on my car. Staff is always friendly. Food is always tasty.

They can't get bassted eggs with hard yolks correct. I have been 3 times and had to send them back each time.

Not crazy pricing, more than enough choices on the menu! I wish some eateries had a dartboard or lottery wheel to help make the decision.

Food was very good, as well as the service. I would give it five stars if it wasn't true that it was over expensive. Bacon side is 6 bucks, that's all I'm going to say.

Nice server, nice atmosphere. My wife had an issue with her food, and they fixed it quickly without any grief. It was perfect when she got it back. My food was amazing and it was served quicker than I expected. I highly recommend this spot.

First Watch is great. The service is always good and the food is good. In my opinion you can't go wrong at First Watch for breakfast or lunch they serve both until 2: 30.

My two year old son loves their waffles and I love their BLTE (with no T)! Service was exceptional as well. He was very attentive and nice to my son
