I usually do not write reviews, especially since I did not actually visit this facility, but I am absolutely appalled by just a phone call.

I gave birth 10 days ago and suspected that I had a clogged milk duct, or possibly mastitis. As it was a weekend, my general practitioner’s office was closed, and I hoped to wait until Monday and make an appointment with my GP, especially after reading the reviews of this urgent care center.

However, out of an abundance of caution, I decided to call Fisher Titus Convenient Care on Sunday morning to see if they would check it out (before making the 25 minute drive).

After I described that I suspected I may have mastitis, the receptionist informed me “you’ll need to go to the hospital. We don’t do that. ”

Not able to diagnose a simple (and fairly common) bacterial infection and prescribe an antibiotic? What is the purpose of urgent care, then? Absolutely appalled by the lack of concern and by the rejection of a patient!

I went into Convenient Care on 4/5 to be seen and hopefully get some relief from a terrible sore throat. As someone who is prone to sore throats, I knew this wasn't a typical one. My tonsils were swollen and covered in white spots - the kind of sore throat where it feels like you're swallowing shards of glass. A Certified Family Nurse Practitioner took a quick look and diagnosed it as being viral. After taking the OTC meds she suggested for three more days, and remaining in the same amount of pain, I was seen by a MD at Fisher Titus Family Medicine who was appalled that she thought this was viral (and what she had me taking), and was not the least bit surprised when the strep test that was performed came back positive. He then prescribed the appropriate medications to treat the infection. Lesson learned - Do not waste your time or money at this Convenient Care location. Wait as long as you have to to get an appointment with your PCP or another Physician at an Office you trust.

Wouldn't even look at me or my daughter. They make up their mind about you without even looking at you. Totally useless.

Checked in at 9: 30am, told at that time an hour and 45 minute wait, after waiting an hour was then told another 20 minutes on top of the hour and 45 minutes, a total of 2 hours and 5 minutes wait, not a convenient way of getting care at ALL! Also you will not see a doctor you will wait 2 hours to see a nurse practitioner.

The hours posted/given are inaccurate - meaning they can/will refuse to see patients up to 2 hours before closing, and without notice, at any given day/time. Went to be seen over an hour before they close at 7pm and was turned away. Attempted again over an hour & 15 minutes before their close at 3 and was turned away, again. I made three attempts to be seen in all with no luck. Despite asking employees if there is anything in their policy or on their website, office phone menu, Google page, etc, disclosing that - for people in need of medical attention to find that out (before driving there), the blatantly unfriendly admit/registration staff member I spoke with (maybe today wasn't her best, or maybe I looked like someone who cut her off in traffic the other day- who knows?) let me know they "just don't. " Next time I'll try a more "convenient" urgent care in another city.

This is the 3rd time that they have turned me away and said to go to the er during the check in process. It's ridiculous that they won't even see the kids to rule out the common culprits. And where do they find the checkin people? How can they be the face of the business when they are so unfriendly! I actually went to the willard convenient care first but they no longer have willard convenient care. Could they update Google? Luckily I was able to call the family doctor and get them in tomorrow. I asked if we should just get a covid test out of the way and guess where they do covid tests? Convenient care.

I'm usually not one to leave bad reviews, but this is my exception. This place is absolutely useless. Every single time I've been here, they won't even look at me. They just tell me to go to the ER. Went in there today, stood at the desk for 10 minutes before anyone came to me, and then they just told me to go to the ER. They didn't even check me out. I honestly just go all the way to NOMS Urgent Care in Sandusky now because they actually are willing to check people out.

I wouldn't take my dog here. I went in looking for a non opioid pain reliever like toradol and they gave me a jr high physical and told me I had to go to the emergency room if I wanted treatment for pain. When I got to the er I seen the same family that was at urgent care sitting in the er waiting room. Makes me wonder why the emergency rooms are packed with non emergency patients.

For 5 years I have not had insurance so this place was my best and cheapest bet to get healthcare in my town. Let me tell you, this place is NOT convenient. I have always had to jump through hurdles to be seen for minor things like food poisoning, illness, and sprained knee/tendon. I either have to wait hours or the Nurse Practitioners are in a hurry to just get me out that they don't even listen to what is wrong with me and go off their own diagnoses!
Inconvenient Care!

I came in this evening for a migraine and was in a lot of pain. The second I walked in the lady that took me to my room was very very sweet and caring. I believe her name was China. I will defiantly recommend this place for anyone for its great service!
