Fitness Serve, Rocky River OH

NOT accessible for people who have disabilities or who are going there to get physical therapy or rehab equipment. Poorly lit, too many steps and steep ramps. You have to climb to get from rear parking entrance up to cashier to pay for purchases.

Owner is unresponsive and not trustworthy. I would take your business elsewhere, especially investing in fitness equipment. I would rather buy from a business who I can trust will provide service throughout the life of the equipment instead of someone who ignores emails and phone calls.

Always love fitness serve. Need a cheap beater bar to hold you over or something long term, this place has it.

Without question, these guys are fantastic. Wonderful in-store service, excellent advice tailored to your goals, absolutely zero sales push, and very good delivery and setup service. Also: the owner is a hoot. Get him to talk about his grand-kids if you want a lively conversation.

Have purchased several items from Fitness Serve Rocky River - latest being a spin bike just over a year ago. Had a problem with it and it was 2 weeks past the labor warranty. I called this morning and Joe was able to stop over this afternoon and fixed the problem. Also, waived the charge since I was just over and a regular customer. Great Service!
