Five Below, Parma OH

This Five below is better than most that I have been to- the store is clean and the staff gives good customer service- its just that I have not been in this location in a long time and they really didn't carry anything I would buy or look for from them. Judge carefully.

I LOVE this store! The workers are so friendly and helpful, plus you cant beat the neat stuff you find for less than 10 bucks a pop.

Five below was, as always, five below.just your average convienience store with a couple of name brand products for decent prices

It's okay. Their toys and gear and everything is so cheaply made tho. I get that it's like the dollar stores cool cousin but still

I'm always impressed by the state of the store. It has to be one of the cleanest retail stores I ever walk into. Love shopping here!

Store is clean and has many things to select from. They now have things over 5 bucks so be aware.

Cheap prices, always good customer service. Shopping here on during holidays and on a budget, here is great!

Warm welcomes when you enter not crowded very clean shelves fully stock and they were still keeping it stocked great Service also

Unhappy with the fact the place is called 5 below. But electronics are above $5 which in my eyes is false advertising. Even if they there is a sign just above said electronics

Great low prices on a wide variety of toys, games, stuffed animals. This is the place to go to buy presents for kids birthdays and holidays.

I love five below. This is my go-to store for things I want, need, and everything in between. The location I go to has self checkout.v cool B)

Very rude staff. I called in to see if something was in stock and was rudely told no so I called another store close by and was told they had it in stock. I decided to stop in the store just to check as this was the closes store to me low and behold a huge shelf right in the front of the store full of the item. The girl who answered didn’t even check she just said NO and hung up. This location has bad customer service.
