19Went in to spend $10-$15 ended up spending $50. No complaints because it was all worth it. You would be surprised at what you can get for $50 here! Self check out is a big plus!
Guy was rude, I had not been there since before the pandemic so had no idea they have self checkout. I was a bit confused where the line started. Instead of showing me he just assumed i shouldve known. But it's not 5 and below anymore it's 5.55 lol
I am not a shopper, especially during Christmas week. I went into this store and was able to find exactly what I was looking for quickly. The staff were friendly and helpful. This was a very good shopping experience for a non shopper like me.
Their selection increase here recently is fantastic. I thought we had seen everything and ran out of usefulness for 5 below, but they really stepped up their game and I'll continue to shop there.
I didn't find the book for handwriting instructions to youth
But last month when I went to Harvard Park they had it.
So I came som center this was the wrong 1
The BEST fun shopping experience, ever! You can find the coolest things here! Very clean store!
Wow what a cool store, they have something pretty much for everybody. I purchased a phone accessory and it less than five bucks. Lots of real cool USB products
The lady at the register was very patient and nice. I had to wait on my daughter to get my phone in order to pay for my items, and she was super nice about it. This location also seems to have more stuff in inventory than Mentor does.
The standout of this store is the staff. Always thanking you for coming and/or saying hello for entering. Definitely something the manager has going, and they're doing it well.
God do I love this place! I go here not often, but it is my go to to get fun stuff! The store is well organized! You will never know what you will buy!
Best inexpensive store in the area I love dollartree but five and below has everythingg and its still a decent price with good quality!
Idc what store I visit. The sevice is always on point! Good job Five Below with picking the right employees with no attitude and urge to help and do their jobs!
When I have my kids or grandkids I give them 20 bucks apiece and let them go at it, they always have something that they want, love this store
Bunch of stuff, great for gift shopping and stuff for kids. This location doesn't have nearly the amount of merchandise as the one in Mentor
As usual 5 Below was GREAT! Well stocked with great items - snacks, books, makeup, clothes, craft supplies, electronics exercise equipment, gift items and so much more. Great little shopping spot for all ages. Affordable prices too!
I've been to this particular location several times over the years. I think that recently their prices although still their claim to fame being five and below have gone up. I just went in for a few small items but I looked around because they reconfigured the store. I had also thought with the reconfiguration in mind that they would have taken some better covid-19 measures. They have not change the layout in my opinion to accommodate social distancing as you shop throughout the store. They do have markings on the floor at the checkout and the employees do wear masks. I leave it to you to check it out for yourself.
I usually like 5 below but I don't like when someone calls around the same napkin returning to clean checkout areas back and forth.
My complaint is how loud the music is. No reason to have it up so loud. I haven't shopped ur store in a long time because when I did I came out with a terrific headache. Maybe the managers in all stores would consider turning down the volume some.
