Five Below, Brooklyn OH

Excellent customer service. My 10 yr old bought faulty headphones twice and they gave him no problem. Good job guys much respect.

It is nice but i dont like the self checkout they had cashiers a couple of years ago it is there way of put people out of work

Good place to check out time to time. Good prices on what they do have. New things almost Everytime ya go along with some that are common.

Very friendly atmosphere. I had a return and a purchase the young lady that assist me was very kind and helpful. I will shop at this store again

The layout of the store is very cramped and you can not go down an aisle without basically bumping into someone. There are not cashiers just self checkouts which isn't terrible if the people know what they are doing bit most of the time they don't. I do not like this location

I always love Five Below and the Park Ridge store in particular. Five Below is a great place to go to find a phone charger, or a t-shirt, or even some candy. I do like this location store rework to include self checkouts.

Very messy!
Staff was playing in the store-not very professional. Probably over crowded for covid19 health laws. 6ft rules.
No one was whipping carts and hand baskets down.
I just needed to run in and out
But it made a great few moments to people watch.lol

Good store and fine employees some people didn’t have a mask and the store was over crowded and I felt overwhelmed but overall good place

They separated it so that you can come in one way and leave the other. But they did let you know which way to come in and which way to leave! I like the new self checkout but it sucks that some people are probably out of jobs now; welcome to the future! I'm not a fan.

It says five and below but they have some things more than five dollars, but I love the self checkout

Nice store. My first time at this location. Store was clean and organized. The staff were friendly and helpful. I like all the variety the Five Below stores offer. I purchased clothing, beauty aids, candy and workout equipment in one stop! The price is great. This store had self checkout registers. I would recommend this store to others. Enjoy!

Every time I go to this ridge road location the staff is very nice and helpful.the store always have what I'm looking for. That's always a plus in my book.i just hate the store open up at 11a.m. I think 9a.m should be normal open up time.

Love 5Below anyway! Located in a shopping center off a main road. A sign for it is aligned with the road with a group of other named stores. Handicap parking. 1/4 of this store is filled with a candy section. Main objective is everything is 5 or below yet nothing higher than 10. You enter one way and exit the other door. Not handicapped friendly and aisles can be tight. Clean, bright and the varieties is what makes it great. This location didn't require mask and didn't notice sanitizers for customers.

Why is it called 5 Below? Not everything is $5 and below.
But, they do have some really good deals.

There is alot of variety I could buy the whole store and go broke. The staff were friendly and professional.

I love the price tags here but does seem to me that everything I want is always at the five dollar mark. They have a little bit of everything.

For fun quickie store always has fun stuff it's always you can always find something a little different in there or something to occupy your time or something to make you remember when you were a kid fun place for adults and kids
