Five Guys, South Euclid OH

By far the worst Five Guys I’ve encountered. Orders take way too long and are rarely correct. Don’t waste your money here.

This five guys has gone downhill considerably in the past few years. The pinnacle came for me earlier this month when I ordered a fountain soft drink and none of the diet pops were working. So I asked to speak to a manager and a girl came forward who didn't speak. I had to presume she was the manager and explained the situation. She went around to check. I guess. But said nothing. NOTHING then disappeared to the back never yo be heard from again. I called 5 guys customer service to get a refund but the complaint was never addressed. Not to mention the charge about 11 bucks for a burger now. TBH Burger King across the street is actually much better.

HORRIBLE! It's. 11am on a Thursday and they are supposed to be open however, there is a sign on the door saying "due to staff shortage, we'll open late. " It's the open late with no details how late they or exactly what time in addition to the 4 staff members starring at the door everytime someone comes to it for me. That and the fact that at 11: 30, the doors still weren't open nor is the website updated. I feel bad for business owners who are going out of business due to what they believe to be COVID when in reality, it's the lazy unprofessional staff who are the face of their businesses.

They don’t have a working phone. It’s always busy but when I walk in no one is taking calls. Orders take about 35 minutes to make and is usually cold by the time you get it because they also don’t call out orders. The soda machine tastes like it hasn’t been washed since they bought it.

Burger is not bad, not good, and not worth it.

Every time I pick up an order here, it wakes forever for someone to come over to ask what my name is and just hand me my food. Kind of ridiculous. A 40 second transaction and I'm waiting waiting for 20 minutes

I've enjoyed their burgers and Cajun fries all three times I've had them.im going back again SURELY!

Fast food but not the stereotypical version. Burgers made custom to order and amazing! The fries can be hot or miss with me, but if cooked enough they're great.

5 guys used to be good. I don’t know what happened! I went in to just order fries this time. Asked for Cajun. I tasted nothing but salt. I went back to fix it by just ordering regular fries I asked for no salt. This time it was worse still drenched in salt. Do better your making the founders legacy look bad!

The last few times I have been there, I have been unimpressed. Countertops and tables not wiped, the soda machine was dirty, fries were not cooked as requested and as a matter is fact or was lukewarm.

Messed up and forgot to to ring up the pickles and y'know how they're supposed to load up the bag fries? Barely ANY in one and none in the other

The service was very slow. All of the teenage employees, except for one, couldn't care less about the growing line of customers waiting for their orders. The one "working" employee tried to complete as many orders as possible but the others barely moved. The shake machine was broken and he's the only one who offered refunds to those customers while the others (including the one behind the register) just kept taking money and didn't notify them that the shake machine was out of order. The owner needs to retrain these employees or get new ones willing to work.

Employees are standing around talking while I was trying to get their attention to place an order. Completely unacceptable.

Not worth the price. 12 bucks or so for cheeseburger and regular fry. Better value going to McDonald's or burger king. Also they took 20 min to make my order when it wasn't busy and nobody had ordered before me and still they got the order wrong.

This restaurant holds true to the name! It took 5 guys to make one burger in 20 minutes! Thankfully the kitchen is an open layout so I could see what seemed to be a reenactment of the sloth cage at the zoo. I had a quick existential crisis, thinking maybe I had gained super speed and the world around me had begun to slow. Alas I won't be fighting crime anytime soon. And you won't be eating anytime soon going here.
