Where to begin.the guy taking the order was rude we already have to wear the mask so it was hard of hearing what he was saying. He was seeming short with us for no reason. Once the order was complete we got our order and didn't hear the gentleman say the milkshake was ready and his response was 'I been said your drink was ready. ' I'm not sure what training he received but its clear a day he needs to go back and retake the course on manners. I will not return to this location.

First time at this location after having fun at Dave and Buster's. Good burgers per the usual, I just love my local store's customer service way better, which makes my burgers always taste amazing. #FiveGuysCenterville

Very unimpressed with their services today. Not only did they get my order wrong and forget my fries but also yelled at us for vaping inside the restaurant. I do not recommend. My burger was just average, wish I got McDonald’s instead. At least they would’ve given me my fries.

Friendly staff! They truly enjoy their work an the service they perform. Clean an the best burgers on the planet! That's a fact Not just my opinion I have spent the past 4 yrs an 8 months on a quest to locate the planets best burger. I have traveled to 3 continents 68 major metropolitan areas. No one has a better burger then 5 Guys. If I find a better burger I will tell it to the world. For now go to your local 5 Guys!

Staff is always friendly doesn’t matter if I’m ordering my own food or picking up an order for a customer. They are always nice & food is always delicious!

Great burgers, remember though, the 'little' burgers come with one patty. The "regular" burgers come with two.

I'm a big guy, and a burger and small fry here fill me up. Definitely worth the dollar value.

I am a doordasher, and have been to this location several times this week. It seems as if they do not start the customers order until you arrive, and beg for their attention / shove infront of the other customers to ask for the order. I have been late for every doordash order from Five guys because of this.

We were at our table waiting for our food and we weren't wearing a mask because we were at our table and w egot yelled at for not wearing a mask where we are aloud to have them off. Bad service.

The restaurant representatives were professional, worked in an efficient manner to prepare orders correctly and the food was great.

The pictures show a young lady working behind the line preparing our food. I watched her walk in for her shift. She went directly to the line and began work. Did she was her hands first? Her mask was not on correctly even though all her other coworkers were. These people handle our food!
Besides that, the restaurant was clean as was the restroom. The employees were very friendly. Our food was tasty.

Dont understand the hype.burger was good, bun was stale and hard.the fries were amazing. Very pricey for a burger joint. I had a single burger, small cajun fry and drink and it was $15. Probably wont go back.

Ordered online and picked it up, the food was done on time and was good as usual.

I wish they had one of those freestyle coke machines since it was on the menu but maybe it was taken away due to Covid. I ended up not getting anything to drink.

But overall great service.

Excellent good and service. Prices can seem high and the French fries fringe benefits varying drastically makes ordering the right size fry a bit of a gamble.

Food is great but price is high. I'll use this place for a rare treat. Oh pop is expensive. I didn't notice until after I paid the bill. Whoops.

Food is always good and the staff is "playful". I have to knock 2 stars because it's hard to place a phone order and within one hour of closing I feel like they don't answer the phone. You can online if you want to take 7mins to order.
