10 I ordered a bacon cheeseburger with lettuce and steak sauce. It looked like this:
I could have ordered off the dollar menu at McDs if I wanted a burger that looks and tastes like it was warmed up from this morning. To say nothing of it barely having any lettuce or steak sauce! Disappoiting for 5Guys as I love their burgers but sadly unsurprising for Steelyard. If you are thinking of taking a chance on any of the fast food places around here thinking you'll get lucky - just don't. The disaffected teenagers working these places don't seem to care and it's a shame.
I love five guys. They really good burgers and really yummy fries. My burger was made to order correctly which is not always the case. I had a nice lunch with a friend. I personally have never 100% like the atmosphere of five guys. It's very upbeat but somehow it's just off. This is my issue.
The food is not that tasty. The fries were soggy. And for the price we paid. We should of just went to longhorn or something.
Tonight my order was messed up, she remade it and gave me a milk shake! Thank you. We were on the motorcycle. There was a thunderstorm
I feel grateful to this specific store, the cashier saw that we are Spanish-speaking and to provide a better service, I am looking for an employee who speaks Spanish even though I speak English.the treatment was very pleasant, this is inclusion, there should be workers Spanish-speaking to help those who do not speak English so keep it up
I got a strawberry milkshake and it was the bomb I didn't get any food, maybe next time
Me and my husband decided to visit five guys for lunch yesterday just for our food to be horrible the fries tasted like they were cooked in old grease as well as new fries mixed with old ways and let’s not get started on the burgers the meat wasn’t even cooked all the way through mind you we order ahead of time this time will be our last time visiting this location
Best French Fries cooked in peanut oil, like being at the fair! The Double Cheeseburger is AMAZING! The Chocolate shake with BACON!
Worst experience! Ordered online and waited 45 minutes in the restaurant. Other customers walked in the door after me, ordered and received their food before I did. Completely ignored while waiting. NEVER GOING BACK TO THIS LOCATION!
