Five Guys reviews
14 I have always looked forward to a Five Guys Double Bacon Cheeseburger and Fries. I always have to drive out of my way to get to one. That was the same reason I ended up at this location. Honesty I feel robbed. I mulled over this for several days but I can get past it.
They make a better than average hamburger. The average would be comparable to like Swensons or Wendy's. But this last experience left a bad taste in my mouth. I did not experience a 12.50 double bacon cheeseburger. It was more like 5 bucks worth. I am being generous when I say this. A Flat iron flat tasteless patty and fries shouldn't coat 18 + dollars with No drink. Stale buns and flavorless fries to top it off.
I can go to many places and get a higher quality Hamburger and Fries for around the same price at Brown Derby and several bars in and around that area.
I am sorry but you priced yourself out of my business. It is not a good value for my money. Yesterday I had a bigger better burger and fries for less and it was amazing.
I feel people should know that they are being ripped off.
I will not be going back to this one or any other one for that matter.
First issue ever with food, and eat there all the time, general manager immediately took care of issue, which was very appreciated Great location, thanks
It was just eh. But for $27 for two “little burgers” ONE drink and ONE little fry it should be amazing. It wasn’t. The heat did not work and it was FREEZING the entire time we were there. Had to end our meal early because I was so cold I couldn’t feel my toes anymore. The staff didn’t acknowledge any customers concerns about the temperature the entire time I was there. Will NOT be returning. Disappointing.
Order two milkshakes and got the thinnest milkshakes I have had, one step above cold milk. Ended up pouring them out, that was a waste of my money.
Overall good as always. But do did they stop dumping fries into the bag? That was what had me coming back as opposed to going anywhere else
Food was delicious and prepared in a relatively quick manner. Plenty of extra fries thrown in the bag as they are known for! The roasted peanuts are fantastic as well. The prices have always been high since I first tried them in San Diego back in 2012. I don't fault them for it since its hands down the best fast food burger/fry.
Friendly staff. Love that it's cooked to order. The restaurant is clean. Bathrooms smelled freshly cleaned as well.
Went in to order and didn’t realize that they were closing in five minutes. The staff was friendly and polite. I didn’t hear one complaint from them. This was my first visit to any five guys before. The burgers and fries are amazing!
Good food. Fries were good but way heavy on salt. The workers were friendly and helpful. Food was ready in a reasonable time.
The drink dispenser was the coolest I've seen with a huge selection.
I love their French fries here, and you definitely get what you pay for. The portion sizes are large which may be a reason why they're a bit more expensive but it's worth it. I had a burger for the first time, and it was good! It is slightly greasy though so if that's something you dislike you may want to get an alternative. They also have hot dogs too, and they serve peanuts. I believe they also fry in peanut oil, so if you have an allergy this won't be a good choice for you.
That was a disappointing trip to five guys. All I order was a large fry and they were way way way too salty like indible. They plopped them down on the counter like I was an inconvenience. As high as the prices have gone, I expected better.
It cost me 65 dollars to feed my family basic hamburgers and fries. I think the prices are way too high.
So the secret menu grilled cheese cheese burger has been circulating social media and I had to try it. If you not on social here's your chance to check it out and decide yourself.
