They fix phones fast and have the best prices. I brought in my phone was out in 10 minutes. They also gave me a free screen protector.

Terrible experience. Dropped phone off for repair was told two hours. Came back in two hours phone wasn’t ready. Was told another hour. Came back to pick up the phone and store was closed even though I told him I needed my phone. Unprofessional. Brought phone in for repair and my actual screen works worse then it did when I dropped it off. Also back glass broke again after a short while just from being in my book bag. Poor quality repairs obviously using cheap parts. Go somewhere else.

I definitely don’t recommend giving them your business. They go back on their word and lie. Look elsewhere if you’re looking to buy or sell any electronic device. You’ll thank me later.

My wife purchased a iPhone for my son there and they gave her a SIM card that had two lines so when it was time to pay for the next month bill we couldn’t because there was another line…they finally fixed it after a wk without service

Took in an IPad with a badly cracked screen. They repaired it the same day at a price that was much better than other places I had called. IPad works great and looks as good, as new

Have taken my work phone here 3xs to get screen replaced and every time I have had great experiences. The employees are very professional and nice. They get the screen replaced within a short time and get me on my way. Also love that they sell other item's that I can look at while waiting for my phones to

Unfortunately I am a huge klutz and have broken my phone screen multiple times. The turnaround time for the repairs have been timely and the location near South Park is very convenient.much more so than going out to the burbs to be charged more.

My phone was fixed in about 40 minutes on a busy Friday for a great price & affordable payment options. Highly recommended!

They replaced the screen on I-phone 6+, it took a little longer than they said it would but they had us in and out in about 1 hour and the phone has been working good ever since the screen was replaced about 3 weeks ago and they even threw in a FREE screen protector.

Don't ever trust them, they exchanged may phone's parts (screen, etc) with the broken ones, and said that they were not able to fix ma phone.

I took an IPad there when they were still on Watervliet. They did an excellent job and it was as good as new. I am very happy I have found their new location.

Brought my daughters iPhone XR in for a new screen. They swapped out my old screen in a flash for a new LCD screen. Great price and finished in under 30 minutes. I’ll be back for sure!

I was a little bit disappointed that they didn't have a screen in stock for my Pixel 4a. But they did offer other alternatives and a cheaper price if I was able to obtain the screen replacement. Other than I do recommend them for help. They have the largest selection that I've ever seen for cases, screen protectors and anything else you need for a cellphone. They have many more other cool products. The employees there are friendly and they suggested other places that would help. Check them out.

UPDATE: The owner reached out to me, and offered to check if there had been a mistake made on my repair. He opened the phone.showed me it was *indeed* the OEM screen from Apple. T Mobile/Sprint either lied or made an error. He then had the screen replaced as a gesture of good will. I'm very satisfied with my experience here, and would recommend.

I was initially pleased with their service, however, you can imagine my disappointment when I learned that I had paid extra to get an official Apple screen for my phone, and I had to take it to my carrier for a fix, and they informed me that the screen, which was no longer functioning properly after less than a year after they fixed it, was *not* an Apple screen. I will not use their services again, and I recommend not paying extra for what they claim is an official OEM part.
