My Pixel 6 screen went out I was able to get to this location the next day to get it repaired/replaced. He told me he would have to order the replacement part (s). He was familiar with the issue and described off issues I was having. Which were accurate. He expected it to be done and finished between 12 and noon the next day and he will call me to have me come pick it up once completed. And to my shock he called me before 10.30am to tell me the phone was repaired and working. I arrived and I was walking out with a operational phone within a few minutes of arriving. I try not to give out 5 stars but if I ever feel like it was warranted I gladly will do so. I felt like this business met and exceeded expectations I had. That being said I hope not to need a repair on my phone again but if I do, I know where to go.

I have an iPhone 13 Pro. They couldn’t put an apple back on when it cracked. The glue on the phone was still wet and the back screen cracked after falling on carpet. 2 they took my apple battery out and put an off brand one in.

ZERO STARS! I have video proof of the games they play! Do your self a favor and read reviews! Look at better business bureau! Look at the Public search in the Ross county cleark of courts and see how many times Ryan Lehr aka Ryan Lehrman (look up both) has been sued for fraud with Fix a Phone! Still waiting on a refund! And now he’s playing games when we canceled the charge on our credit card and trying to get them not to give us the refund through there! We have plenty of proof texts of him saying he would give us refunds and nothing! Look up fix a phone store in general! Dayton store doesn’t actually exist! You can’t find address or phone number! They all go back to Ryan! More info to come!

My dad took his iPhone in to get it unlocked. He initially paid 100.00 dollars. The salesman Ryan convinced my dad to buy another iPhone just 600.00 dollars. The phone was supposed to be mailed to his home. Long story short, my dad never received the new phone. When he called to complain, they billed his card an additional 600.00 plus dollars. My dad has never received a phone and his old one has never been unlocked. These people are criminals.

Pre paid $139 get get a new screen on my g6 stylus had it set up for the screen to be held at the Chillicothe store so I could get it fixed the following Saturday and I'm a truck driver and only here on the weekend. Showed up Saturday as had been arranged employee could not locate the screen and had not been informed of the repair circleville is closed no way to contact management told him to cancel my order and refund my money again was told he can't do that I would have to contact management on Tuesday.will update Tuesday. Update was called by owner 2 hours after this incident he apologies offer immediate refund or I could reschedule reset appointment for following weekend he called the day before to verify he had the screen it was the right one and they knew I was coming.very satisfied with the repairs and the communication after the mess up

If zero stars was an option, I would have chose it.

To make an 8-month long story short. I dropped off my sister's phone in August of 2022 to get the screen fixed so I could get the data off (she was in an accident and her phone was damaged). I paid the $200 to get the screen repaired. I used to replace screens and do device fixes, but I haven't for the last couple of years, but this is not new stuff for me.

After ~1-2 weeks I checked in on the status and was told that the device had the screen on, but it wasn't registering touch, so they would need to do some "micro-soldering". I then paid another $200 for that service and was told it would take ~4 weeks, which I understood.

Fast forward until December, I still didn't have the phone and was told that they were waiting for more parts from China. Then by February they realized that they weren't going to be able to fix the device for some unknown reason. I then asked if they could simply help me get the data off, which they were willing to try. Unfortunately, since I didn't know my sister's passcode they couldn't get the data off. I then asked if I could pick up the phone, but was told they would need to reassemble the device. This process was not completed for another 4 weeks. I finally picked up the device in mid-April. ALL THE FIND THAT IT STILL HAD THE OLD CRACKED SCREEN.

I would not recommend this business to anyone, even if you only needed a phone case or screen protector. This business is uncommunicative, untimely, and unable to complete any micro-soldering (my experience was with an iPhone XS Max).

I have since filed a dispute through my credit card company to get my money back because if I were to ask Ryan, the business manager, I would likely not hear back until August.

If you choose to do business with this organization, please heed my advice, do your research and communicate with them regularly to ensure the work is being done in a timely manner.

My husband took his phone here because it died and wouldn’t turn on, they said it was a bad battery and replaced it, we immediately noticed his camera was not working after he got it back and the battery was definitely not new and would jump percentages, die while he’s not even using it, and now a few months later is right back to how it was. They definitely did not put a new battery in it.

They never answer the phone. I will call every hour during business hours and they never answer. And there was a few times I went to the business just for it to be closed but hours posted said they were open at the hour I show up.

OMG I cannot believe I was so stupid not to check the reviews of this business before I drop my phone off I believe in October.
I don't believe any way shape form or fashion that's so many one-star reviews say the same thing and you get the same response from the owner of the company

They took my $150 when I dropped the phone off. Brian has told me on multiple occasions he was refunding all of my money.

I’m not sure how many times it’s expected that you’ll have to go back to get things working after a screen replacement but I’ve already been back 2 times now and still gonna have to come a third time tomorrow. The first time the facial recognition wouldn’t work, the second time becouse I’m getting “ghost touches” on my screen, but they want me to leave the phone overnight so now I have to come back when I’m able to be without my phone for an entire day. The staff are friendly enough, but I can tell they’re getting tired of seeing me. I’d rather not keep coming back either.

The guy was friendly. My IPhone battery was switched out in no time at the correct price. My battery wouldn’t charge any more. Works superbly now. 90 day warranty.

They have had my tablet for a month now. I was told it would be done weeks ago. They sent it to Chillicothe to a manager, that works 3 hours a day, to work on it. I call them upset because I was told it would be done in two days and it's now a month later. No phone calls to say what's going on nothing. I was also told it was going to be done two weeks ago from the Circleville store and I could drive to go get it that weekend. I get there and the guy there asked "did you get a phone call? ". I replied no the Circleville store said it would be done. They said that the parts would be in that Tuesday. This is after they tried to give me someone's ipad which I have a Samsung. I call today the worker was a smart*ss with me and told me that the manager would call me Monday. I told him I work Monday. All he said was a manager would call me Monday. Again I told him I work Monday is that a solution. He replied yes. They ran a diagnostic to say what I told them what was wrong which is not an option to not to and pay 50 bucks to find out that the reason I brought it was what their diagnostic found. So I paid 50 bucks for nothing.

Stay a mile away from this place. A complete rip off. Horrible service with no results. They got me for $250 with zero help. Stay away from this place!

They were freaking awesome o thought my phone was going to need repaired i was worried about cost, not only did they fix it but the service was free. Im definitely coming back.

My phone wasn't fixed here; it's a waste of time and money! Ryan is far from understanding repair as such. The maximum of his qualification is to unscrew a couple of screws and look inside. But he can do this only by watching YouTube videos. People, don't lose your money here! You won't get any service, and only you get frustration!

It should be called a Fix-A-PHONEY business, and I can prove it. This business can't be recommended to anyone. It doesn't deserve any star at all. The iPad I brought there was never repaired. They take the funds for the parts, but the device stays in the same condition as you brought it to them, and they refuse to pay the money back. They just make up endless excuses for months - my "repair" story lasted for five months. Claiming it's an Apple-certified location is also a lie. Google search shows them as Apple certified, but checking the same information on the Apple website proves it's a lie. Also, they refuse to confirm they are "Apple certified" due to "it's not the public information" (seriously?) Being "unable" to repair my IPad, they promised to return my money, but every time I showed up, it was lots of childish excuses why they couldn't write the check. After all, it got to the point where they decided to deny they got the money in the first place despite the fact I got the receipt and the signature plus the recording where the owner pronounces the refund amount up to the penny. After several attempts to get the money back for the repair that was never done, and the final lie that they couldn't find my appearance at the store, we ended up at the local Small Claim Court. I won my case. Like I mentioned, I also own all the recordings between me and the business, which proves all my words (the business was warned it was recorded and agreed to that). I found several customers who also won a small claim court against this business and had the same unrepaired devices.
