I purchased an airbag for my truck. It was the wrong one I brought it back to return it and the gentleman at the desk found a small ding in the bottom of the plate which matched 4 other dings that were done by the manufacturer in the stamping, and because of this, he refused to do an exchange. So I purchased the bag that I needed. And I told him he would never see my business again. We're not a large company by no means. But we do have 7 trucks that need repair often. From now on, I will stick with Napa and truck pro.

Very poor and rude customer service. You'll be treated like you owe them.

Very bad service. I was here with my father and brother and as my father came to look for parts there was this one employee (#3418) that was treating my father differently than other people in the store because he looked like an immigrant when we are an American family. My father was angry and my brother got scared. Very disappointed in the service, would not recommend this place to anyone.

I came to come get some parts for my car. When I went in line, I let the person behind me go first before me and the seller was talking normally with him. After his turn, I went to talk with the seller (#3418) and he was talking to me very rude because I look like an immagrant even though I am an American and I have been living here for a long time. The seller was being very rude and mocking me when I was talking to him and asking me to spell out what I was saying even though I was talking to him clearly and normally. The customer service here is terrible and I suggest anyone reading this to go to a different store.

We depend on Fleetpride everyday for parts and supplies. They are great people to work with and almost always have what I am seeking.

Good place to get truck parts but you need part number as they can't search by Vin.
