FLEURISH (Home): Boutique & Gifts (Hamilton)

This is a locally owned boutique carrying many different home and personal items. I have bought clothing, home decor, and items for a baby shower here. The selection changes often and they also have sales/participate in local shopping events. Periodically to draw people in.

Very cute place to shop. Everything from decor to soap to clothing. The employees are really nice. I left with a cool Hamilton pillow and a cute summer dress.

Definitely a cute little shop to stop through. They have some items on the cheaper side while others are on the steaper side. There is something for almost everyone which is hard to say for a small shop. The staff were super friendly and nice, and assisted me when I needed help.

Not only do they offer adorable home decor, but they have an assortment of clothes, soaps, and games as well! The customer service is phenomenal. We love this place!

I've been shopping with Debra for over a year. She has a great eye for detail and uniqueness. Debra is always trailblazing with new items for Hamilton. Shop here first. You won't regret it. There really is something for everyone!

I have had business dealings with Debra for a little over a year now and have found her to be wonderful. Her shops are well appointed and offer a wide variety of well curated gifts. I love it when her website offerings pop up on my social media so I can shop online whenever I feel like it. A great addition to Hamilton!

Unfortunately I must report that I am extremely disappointed in this business. First let me point out that the individuals who own this business do extremely well. They are a well to do business minded couple that own and operate 3 of these gift shop type boutiques in the Tri State region. We were told first hand by the owners brother that his sister makes a killing owning these stores. My reason for sharing this piece of information is to not confuse these business owners with super genuine LOCAL business owners who live, eat & breath in Butler County almost daily. Sadly after complaining to a manager that I was very dissatisfied with a product that I previously purchased I was curtly told there would be no refund or exchange. I do not care how large or small a purchase is; if a consumer is dissatisfied a retailer should attempt to retain their business. After my request and thorough explanation I was told there was nothing that could be done and was rudely told to pass the item onto another individual? I had picked up a few other items to purchase that day anticipating some kind of exchange but sadly I put the Nora Fleming & Cherry Republic items down and decided NOT to proceed with any future purchases. I have since found other local stores in the area that directly support families in Hamilton, OH with much better customer service and will frequent those boutiques often and regularly. FYI the owner Debbie was notified that we were upset and chose to NOT respond.

So incredibly knowledgeable and helpful! I’ve done a few projects with painting furniture with chalk paint and they have been there to assist me from color choice to advice on how to get the result I’m looking for. I’m about to start on my biggest venture yet with kitchen cabinets! I plan to do them in uptown ecru and then a wash w espresso over it to hopefully achieve a lovely Mediterranean look. My fingers are crossed and I’m ready to get my supplies and start! I’m sure I’ll be calling for helpful hints along the way!

Love this store. Perfect place to go for gifts, home decor, accessories and chalk paint supplies. Great customer service too.
