A great experience, overall. Chad Auber took a lot of time to walk me through his findings and help me understand what was of immediate concern. The customer service was great as well, they worked with me patiently to align a time with the seller through several reschedulings. The additional services that come with the inspection are very appreciated, but can be a little excitable with following up. Will definitely use Flinn again though!

Most thorough home inspection I've ever had. Chad was a pleasure to work with and I will be using and recommending Flinn Inspection in the future.

The inspection was fast, efficient, and thorough. I requested it late Friday evening and they were able to get it done the next day starting at 11. The pictures were well taken and the report was easy to follow. This geve us a clear path to follow as to what needs done imedately and what we will be looking to do in the coming months/ years of ownership.

Chad did a great job! His report was really thorough. He took great notes, photos, and used diagrams to explain the situation. He highlighted items small, medium, and big. I had several questions about the report and Chad talked through it on a call. I couldn’t have asked more from a home inspection report. The information was enough to make an educated decision to back out of the property without visiting it.
