When I walked into the Lorain location I was not greeted by the older gentleman when he saw me walk in (wish I knew his name). Instead of appreciating my potential business, the guy looked me up and down as I asked general questions. Evie stepped in and offered me wonderful service and compassion because I am sure she saw his lack of empathy and professionalism. We were out of time to shop elsewhere so we had no choice but to spend hundreds of dollars at this location even though my inital interaction was very negative and disrespectful. Thank you Evie for taking over the transaction and delivering beautiful flowers to the service for my loved one.

I ordered the floral arrangements for my mom's funeral and they came out absolutely perfect! They have some of the best prices around and offer many exotic flowers along with the basics. I always have a wonderful experience with them. I highly recommend checking their options and pricing before you decide in a florist because they so exceptional work.

About two dozen red roses they were beautiful they delivered them right on time and they were very nice people running this flower shop

The blankets for the cemetery are nice. Put the ribbons look like Halloween ribbon I asked if they could make me some and the answer was no.

I tried to order flowers only to be met with a sarcastic person on the phone when I wanted to discuss more about my order with them. No thanks. Too many people around in the same business that still give attention and kindness for the sake of customer service.

They were very helpful and pleasant in our time of grief. All the flowers was freash and the store was clean and neat.

Super helpful and friendly staff. They always have exactly what I need, even in a pinch. Recently they went above and beyond for me when I needed flowers after closing for my Momma's grave on her anniversary.
