I've ordered a few of Emily's arrangements in the past, they were always beautiful. She is a master of her craft. However today, I called at 10: 30 am to see if a small arrangement could be sent to my Mother in Huntsburg at any time today (15 min drive or less) and I was told that they couldn't do it. I do understand that delivery orders should typically be placed atleast a day before, this was a last minute situation. I was a bit surprised that they couldn't accommodate, I would've happily paid extra.

They have beautiful flowers! Service at first was great. But once we started cutting down the price service wasn't as great. They didn't really listen to what we were saying. So just make sure they know what you are talking about. As we told them how we wanted things they said yes we know kind of cutting down conversation instead of listening. When the day came for the wedding everything was in time. And very nicely put together. So everything was good presentation wise. But not so great service while planning.

Absolutely amazing! I ordered my wedding bouquet and white roses for my isle and that all turned out great! Highly recommend Emily’s flowers for any of your floral needs!

Flowers by Emily enhanced the beauty of our future son-in-law’s surprise proposal to our daughter, Emily. It was both a pleasure, and a lot of fun, working with each member of the staff, as well as Emily herself. The results exceeded expectations. Made an absolutely beautiful Valentines arrangement. They also made sure they were delivered before school hours were over. I will be using them many more times in the future.

Wanted to send flowers fr out if state. Person I spoke with, was patient, knowledgeable and very helpful. I was even sent a photo of what would be received, & Recipient reported arrangement was beautiful. There would be no hesitation in using your Florist again.

Employees do not know their flowers.
Was only trying to order 2 arrangements for a table (dinner). She could not explain high, low, centerpiece. Turned condescending tone. I gave up.
