Very rude and unprofessional hiring manager called me said I was breaking up and hung up so I don't want to work for this company

Please sort paige out, she called the cops on me while i had to pull over to get my phone under the seat.

I saw a couple drivers tidying their trucks and gathering bags of trash and walking back behind their trucks to get rid of it reminded me I have trash I need to gather and dispose of when I went to the back of my truck THERE WAS NOT A TRASH CAN ANYWHERE JUST ALOT OF TRASH TOSSED ON THE GROUND LOOKED LIKE A LANDFIELD my pet peeve is litter so I looked for a trash can EVERYWHERE IN THIS BIG LOT the only trashcans are at the fuel isle NOBODY WANTS TO WALK A MILE TO GET RID OF A BAG OF TRASH you could put some cans at each corner of the parking lot to discourage LITTERING I hope the lazy persons that close the showers at night and weekends putting them out of order becuz they are to lazy to clean them, has to clean up all the trash that is conveniently TOSSED around the parking lot, YOU CAN AND SHOULD DO BETTER most your parking is PAID PARKING why not provide working showers and a convenient trash can UPDATE stop for an over night while there the 2times I went into the store 3 people including me were TRESSPASSED one guy said when fueling didn't receive his reward points instead of explaining how to receive them if he didn't get them at the pump they said TOO BAD and told him to leave he was being tresspassed then another patron said he had waited 2hrs for a shower and asked how much longer he had to wait every shower door was open and dirty towels on the floor and no attendant on site for asking this question he was TRESSPASSED and I was getting food from the bar and ask for large potato wedges becuz I don't like French fries and the small ones taste like French fries she said she wasn't about to sort thru the potato wedges to please me so I said I don't want any potatoes then becuz I didn't want to pay for food I wasn't going to eat she said I was TRESSPASSED and they followed me to my truck took pics as I was leaving this CRYSTAL gal has no business in the service industry 3 tresspasses in less than 24hrs the problem is not the customers but the I'll tempered rude lazy employees that would rather say YOUR TRESSPASSED than serve a customers needs I paid for parking had to leave most spaces are prepaid and MOST times the showers are DOWN with a sign on the door NO SHOWERS so unless you want to pay for parking and get no shower and encounter the rudest mean mouth cashier's that will TRESSPASS you for NO REAL REASON just don't want to provide customer service to you avoid this place like the plague

Worst ever. To busy. Not enough room. Diesel lane missing card reader and pilot app glitching.

Nice and clean for a travel center. Not a bad price on gas and items inside. Quick in and out have you back on the road again very quickly if you are in a hurry. Not a bad place to take a pit stop on my way through.

6 showers ready to clean 3 people in line waiting, no one cleans, 4 people in front with no line, two talking about their lives and the other two waiting to attend to someone, I ask them when it will take, they look at me with a strange face, let me in peace and continue talking

Car parking lot smells like urine trash clothing items garbage dump along the fence line of trucks TV room so cold that drivers have to wear their jackets to eat lunch

$150 hold on my debit card? If you HAVE to buy gas here go inside to pay. $150 hold on a significantly smaller gas purchase is horrible and caused that purchase to be my last at Flying J. Congratulations Flying J you lost a customer over "borrowing" my money for a few days

I'm wondering if I come at a bad time, because here lately, I'm having a difficult time getting certain basics like cups to get a fountain drink, some drinks are routinely not stocked, and theres been usually only one person to check everyone out. That leaves about 6-7 people waiting if a trucker needs to complete a scale transaction or someone asks for hot food. I hate to complain but it seems like theyre short staffed.

Shout out to the security guard with the long hair, sorry I didn't get your name but he does a great job at keeping the lot nice and orderly and stopping other truckers from parking all over the place thus making it easier to fuel up and get out

I asked the guy to print me couple paperwork he said no I was gonna buy 700$ fuel I said no too.service sux

Pilot/Flyin' Hooks are OK for the most part, to fuel, eat, and take a break. This particular location WILL NOT SEE ANOTHER DIME OF MY MONEY. Staff here don't know which side their bread is buttered on, and will fu.drivers at EVERY OPPORTUNITY.
Side note;
Don't do a 34 here and have a couple to relax and unwind. Employed sniffers will call the local po-pos on you. Local setup, between truckstop/law enforcement/local lawyers/LOCAL COURT JURISDICTION here. If you're out of another state, don't bother coming here. WAS TOLD BY MY STATES LICENSE BUREAU THAT THEY HAD PREVIOUS TROUBLES WITH THIS PARTICULAR TOWN. "Eagle Claw" on the side.

Under normal circumstances I adore this Flying J. After being told "sorry, security left 30 minutes ago and we aren't allowed out there" when I told them all reserved spots were full (keep in mind I reserved about 12 hours prior to my arrival) then told to "park in the back and if anybody bothers you tell them we said it was ok". What's the point of reserved parking if we can't actually use it because the people who haven't paid are allowed to park there? Thankfully I got lucky and watched a truck pull out so I was able to legally park. Also, what's up with suddenly allowing parking in the fire lanes? Hope the showers haven't gone down hill like the parking has.

No trash cans. What am I supposed to do with trash? I don't like throwing it on the ground.

Freaking love this place! I work as a Realtor down the street and stop in frequently for the great food selection and drink selection. Every time I've stopped in it's looked immaculate. Today was a little rough, like someone called off for the kitchen area but I'm not holding that against them. I'll be back soon!

Did not have sugar for coffee, no paper receipts at pump, subway had no tomatoes or onions and bread was hard. Last 3 of the 8 urinals were out of order

Typical truck stop. They stay busy but have a lot of great merchandise to make traveling much more convenient.

Worst flying J, the security called cops on truckers for just parking for the night, seriously? Leave truckers alone

Run down dump! Parking cop purely ignorant. Unmarked spots are reserved but he let ya park then screams at ya to move.but yet let’s the Arabs park at fuel island to take showers.
No food anywhere inside at 10pm and staff is absolutely rude
I’ll be taking my 3500 bucks a week in fuel somewhere else.
