Love the management love the secretary love the people but the cats.if you live here you live with cats on your car.porch.cat waste in your flower on your porch if you have allergies you might have a problem living here other than that you'll love it here

Update: New Owners brought a professionalism back to the park. They have added many new trailers and a wrist band system for the pool so non residents can't sneak in. They made neighbors clean up their yards and even evicted the neighbor that had the load bumping music every morning.

I currently live here. My neighbor has been playing loud thumping music every weekday morning since we moved in 10 months ago. By morning, I mean. Starting at 4: 40a and going off like an alarm clock every 5 mins until 6a when my neighbor finally leaves for work. We've called the office numerous times and have NEVER received a call back "on the next business day" despite "leaving our name and number", as the answering machine suggests. Others neighbors (elderly) have expressed their frustration over the loud bass to us. Our elderly uncle who lives with us has complained over and over to us. We've recently talked to said neighbor 2x about it and for a week or so the bass is turned down and we can't hear it but it always gets turned back up. The lack of response and handling of the situation from the office managers is repugnant. Supposedly, we are now under new ownership and I hope to bring attention of this problem to them by posting this. I just want to sleep.

Anyone get their eviction notice for not signing their outrageous rental contract? Get ready for it.notice the rules of NO 4 wheelers was broken by no other than the one that works in office?

This place is a joke. If your 1 day late they give you a 3 day eviction notice. Then you talk to them they want to charge you an extra 1/2 month more lot rent on top of what you tried to pay. Then if you own your own double wide like us they lock you out and won't let you in to show it to sale. So BEWARE if you move here

Lived here for years, almost ten. I love the area, the neighborhood and community, they say Love thy Neighbor's, so that's what I always do.

I had some personal business 2 attend 2 at the park. Nice clean park n nice newer units throughout.

They profile every one that comes it to the park there sistum is flawed I don't advise no to go there I would have given it a 0 if I could have bc of everything that has happened today
