The office personal are extremely helpful and friendly! The doctor is fantastic! He’s funny, informative and treats you like a person and not just a patient.

From start to finish, everything was great experience. Administrative staff and technical staff were cordial and professional. DR LOFFTUS was excellent with great bedside manner.

The most friendly Dr's office. Within 5 minutes of arriving I was very comfortable. The Dr. Sit down with me listened I did not feel rushed and felt completely at ease with my treatment he put in place for me! Highly recommend them!

My favorite doctor! I have nothing but great things to say about, Dr. Loftus and the entire staff at the Franklin office. Shelia, has been so kind and keeps all my paperwork updated. Dr. Loftus, always has a positive attitude and makes you feel like your his only patient!
I drive from Dayton, because excellent care is worth a 30 minute drive.

The five stars is for the Dr Loftus himself, wonderful Doctor, but the staff he has is a different story, get rid of the one at the front and get someone new

This was my best experience with a foot doctor told date. I've had some very bad experiences in the past, and my visit today was a breathe of fresh air. This is my new foot doctor and I'm glad I found them! Highly recommended!

Dr. Loftus saw me same day I called with agonizing foot pain that became progressively worse. Did not waste time doing unnecessary things. Procedure significantly reduced pain that visit, repeated in 2 weeks and foot pain is almost completely gone. He is professional, caring & has a great sense of humor. His staff are all great from receptionist at desk to the medical personnel in exam rooms. We are 3 generations that come here to this office I highly recommend them.

The doctor spent time explaining everything and very thorough! The deduction in review stars come from receiving a surgical shoe and then checking out at front counter to be told it was $35 for a $12 shoe that can be purchased at Walmart or Amazon (same brand and model number). Would have been great to be notified in advance the cost of this shoe before trying it on and getting blind sided with an additional charge as I reschedule to come back in.

I like dr. Loftus he done a couple things to help my foot and after some things didn't work he finally found out that I broke my heal bone he's the best that I've seen

Went back quickly. Had my issue taken care of in the same day. Nurses and Doctor were professional, educational, and helpful.

Dr. DE WAS WONDERFUL, HE EXPLAINED EVERYTHING. HE WAS KIND AND COMPASSIONET WHEN HE GAVE MY SHOTS IN MY FEET. I WILL DEFINITELY GO BACK TO HIM.
