Don't shop here if you're a POC/Black person. I came here to exchange a pair of Air Force ones, and the Caucasian employee with the curly, sandy blond hair kept watching me. I asked to see a couple of black and white Gammas and he continued to watch me while conversing with his friend. He didn't ask me how they felt or my opinion on the shoe and with his constant surveillance, I was afraid to walk around the store with them. The second I put them away. He asked me if I was going to get them. I said I was still deciding between the Air Force ones and the Gammas. Before I can say anything else, he said he'll put them at the counter and I didn't even get to take a pic or video chat with my friend to help them. Meanwhile, a young Caucasian mother and daughter had two boxes of shoes and weren't being watched. I felt like I wanted to cry and was embarrassed for being treated like a thief.

By far the worst footlocker I have been in. Employees HOUND you as soon as you decide to step in the store. Every shoe I attempted to look at I was asked if I needed a size, didn’t even have time to decide if I liked it or not. Honestly they didn’t even have a very good shoe selection to begin with. The only lady in the store “older” I’m assuming she was the manager, stood behind me and eyeballed me the ENTIRE time I was in the store as if I was going to steal the display! Made me very uncomfortable to the point I didn’t even want to look around anymore. Needless to say we went and looked in JDs they had a way better selection and I was actually able to look around hold the shoe and decide which one I liked better, ended up getting both just because!
