Carol was absolutely amazing with her haircuts! They scheduled an appointment for my daughter and I to get highlights and my daughters haircut. They change the time on us and I adjusted. I showed up and there was a haircut scheduled in our place. We waited a half hour for our scheduled appointment. She started our work then someone else showed up during our time for another haircut. So they offered us free pedicures. However it was six weeks during Christmas and we couldn't make it. They kindly agreed to let us schedule. I scheduled for Saturday at 12: 30. They asked me to come at 12: 45 and I agreed. Then they called at 12: 43 and said I was late. I refuse to go back there they do not treat their customers kindly. They were also very rude and not welcoming.

Thanks for your apology. However my first appointment was on 11/17. That is not two months until 12/31/21. You only gave us one complementary hair cut. Also I was asked to come in at 12: 45 today.when they called at 10: 13 and asked that we come in at 10: 30, I said that I would be there at 12: 45 as I was asked. Please don't lie. Your second call was at 12: 45 and I was getting ready to park. Please remember your business depends on customer service. I have never been jollied around time wise so much. Please check with your workers about the time as your fact are wrong. I will never recommend someone to come to your salon. It is really a shame you have not tried to resolve this. I wish you business well!

I called today and was able to get in for a haircut. I am more than happy with the results. The lady at the front desk was very friendly. She booked me with Kailey and she was wonderful.i love my haircut. Definitely my new place.thank you ;)

Anna Lee did a fabulous job with my cut and color. First time ever getting color done, and she made me feel so comfortable. I love my look!
