Don't move here, the rent office is slum lords. They don't fix anything, broken glass all throughout the parking lot, trash in grass. It's bedbugs, mices in these apartments. #DontWasteYourTime

I have lived here for 8 months. It’s ok. We are in desperate need of a renovation. If you need anything from the staff Melissa is great!

I am are very pleased in living here. I love the Office service and maintenance. Its a quiet neighboorhood would recomend living here. Its a beautiful place living here and a wonderful society.

I have lived in this complex since I was 2003 when I was 10. I’ve grown up with the office staff and maintenance team, they’re all awesome and very helpful.

Staff always willing to assist me. For example had trouble for several months trying to set up my on line portal. Went to office and staff and I set down and made it happen. Even when it took sometime staff continued helping me until it was accomplished. Maintenance on spot always friendly and let me know when problem will be completed. Great place to live

We have been here for almost 2 years now and have had nothing but good experiences. The complex is always well tended to, the office staff is very friendly, and we have always had prompt response on our service requests. We especially love th Apartment Life Team. They put on at least 2 events every month. It's a great way to get out and meet the neighbors.

This is truly a complex that cares for its residents.

This is the best place to live. Neighbors are amazing and the property manager always make sure any problems are handled. If you are looking for a home, this is the place.

This has been one of my favorite apartments I've rented. The staff is great and any maintenance requests we have put in have been handled exceptionally fast. Overall I'm very pleased with my renting experience here.

We like the environment, all the surrounding stores. They keep the Outside clean & it’s located in a good school district.

Have been seeing mice outside the building running along. My neighbor has also seen them in her apartment, and from what I’ve hear a couple others have seen them as well (inside and out) Office staff hardly ever answers the phone when you call them cause they’d prefer you to leave a message and they call you back. Your better off just going up to them during business hours. I’ve been told that we would get new windows for the past three years… still none. Gets very cold in the winter due to the poor quality of the windows. Sometimes the wind blows to hard feels like my window will break because it’s so lose. The maintenance team does respond in a timely manner about fixes. There is always broken glass all over the side walks and by dumpsters. Had to walk my dog in the grass because I was afraid he would get glass in his paw. The dryer in the laundry room closest to me has not had any heat in like a year… so I just started going to an actual laundry mat instead of using the ones here. The raise rent every year but I haven’t seen any upgrades…. Unfortunately…. Other than that my area is pretty quiet…… hope they start doing something soon because I love my neighbors and this forest park area but their definitely could be some improvements.

Very quiet place to live the apartment is very cozy and neighbors are great and the management team is awesome I will recommend everyone to put in a application

I haven’t had any bad experiences. When you call and ask for any kind of maintenance they have someone out same day or depending on time next day. Everyone in office is very nice! The apartments are very nice and it’s pretty chilled complex.

I just moved in 5 months ago and i love it! It’s very peaceful and my emotional support dog loves it here as well.thank you BRG

My husband and I have lived here for 6 yrs personally we've enjoyed being part of the community. We take pride and pleasure in decorating our yard the front and the back. We find it very peaceful. The management department I have experience no problem very pleasant no waiting for work orders. Kudos!

I have lived in the townhomes here 3 different times and have had a positive experience. The first time I was here 4 years 2nd time 1 and this time I've been here 3 years. The management is awesome, very friendly and responsive to my needs. Maintenance is very friendly and responsive when there is a problem.
On the down side I hate my windows. The price is good but I hate the fact that the rent increases every year. Its usually pretty quiet but like anywhere you live there are going to be those that don't respect others.
They have been very responsive Everytime I've had a problem or complaint.
When I had surgery last year management and maintenance checked in on me which really meant a lot to me.
