12Walked in looking for a certain shirt that I saw the day before after looking for it I asked a worker if they had anymore left and she was zero help so I walked to the back and asked another employee and she tells me they only have a size large left and that it wouldn’t fit me. I asked to try it on anyways bc I like my shirts bigger and she said I could go look for it myself up by the front doors. I’m very disappointed in the customer service I received tonight.
The plus size selection is very limited. Clothes are a little too pricey for the quality as well.
The store is under some weird construction, and the jeans are the best I've found in a long while!
My issue was the hassle of trying to return something and then add the music blaring at you. Worst worst worst
The clothing provided, geated more for the younger crowd. Not something I would subject my child to, but if that's what you like, this would be a great place for you
The clothes are sometimes cute but other times I go in there without finding a single thing. My biggest problem with this store is that it almost always destroyed. Clothes are usually all over the floor or thrown on top of the racks. Also, I have had to stand at the registers for a long time before an associate would come and ring the line out.
I used to like this place, but all of the clothes are so ugly now, and the store is never organized in a way that you can actually find a specific item.
They have some cute clothes but alot of them are always in plus size. My one daughter wears that size so I'm looking for her alot. Why can't they carry plus sizes styles in the junior sizes?
Usually they have really cute clothes and a wide selection, however, this time I went there was absolutely no variation in styles, the music was almost unbearably loud inside the store, and everything had been rearranged in a way that wasn't very navigable.
I'm giving this only 2 stars because when me and my boyfriends daughter went to return her skirt, $5, she was asked to show an i.d, she's from north Carolina and doesn't have one valid in Ohio.so they wouldn't let her return the skirt, I gave them my license to process the refund. It felt like we had done something wrong or stole the item, mind you we had the receipt and it was only $5, that being said. I did not appreciate being treated like that.
This is a forever 21 plus and I love that. Just wish there were more plus size choices in store.
Its a nice place to buy but more geared towards the young crowd, hence the name Forever 21. Stylish clothes made more for the skinny frame.
