I love this store, I'm very petite and they clothes fit me better than other stores, they also have plus sizes, an men clothes, they have very good prices, I also order from them online, an if you love leggings they have them for the low.
The earrings I bought, turned green. I had never shopped at this store before and I never will again!
An absolute mess. Clothes everywhere, can’t walk in some parts of the store. Good service though

It looked like a hurricane swept through this store! You could barely walk with all the clothes scattered on the floors!
I went inside forever 21 looking for a a matching jacket and pants. While I was able to locate a suitable set of jacket and pants that will fit my needs but it took longer than desired. The interior of the store could be cleaner and I often found many clothes on top of other clothes. There are hangers on the floors close that was stepped on. It wasn't a terrible experience, but it did make me want to leave quickly. Overall an average shopping experience.
Guess I'm spoiled cause I've been to Easton Mall's flagship in Ohio for this store. Selection and sizes are wanting to say the least: (
Super packed and picked through. Always have a ton of deals though and the clothes are decent quality. Go during the week during the day to avoid the crazy congestion.
Clothes: There is close to noting fornplus size women. I am not even plus size but my friends are. It is problematic that people who are bigger than a medium have to shop online and elsewhere. You are losing money because these women just decided to stop shopping at Forever21.
Staff: the staff is okay. I just wish they would ask if you need help sometimes.
Store: The store is pretty messy. There is a need for reorganization. There just too many clothes. It is hard to distinguish what is on sale from the rest of the clothing. That might be the problem.
Pretty sure there's a great selection of clothing. Just pretty hard to search through everything like it's all mixed up.
If i could give 0 stars i would. Signs on racks say 50% off but that does not appy to the items on the rack. The sign is just to show that some things in the store are 50% off. Worst customer service EVER!
I love that I can have my online orders shipped to the store for free! And I can also, return my items there.

Well after standing 1st in line while the cashier answered the phone she opted to service the customer who arrived after me as she clearly saw that I was there 1st for a long period of time. That's my last time going there. Very rude of her.
